After nine years, my water heater finally collapsed. I got in touch with four plumbing companies and went with Rocket Plumbing because I had a good feeling about them from the get-go. Although their quote was (slightly) higher, the manager made a considerate accommodation on my behalf, which I appreciate. I am glad I went with them because the work was superb. I would like to thank specifically Derrick, the Customer Service manager, Fred, who supervised the job and dropped by my place to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did, and especially, Luis and Mike, who did the actual work. I will use Rocket Plumbing for my all of my needs from now on, particularly the drainage that I should have done once a year to help prolong the life of the tank. Thank you. A+++.

Blanton sent two young men during the rain and rather late on a weekday night, and I appreciated thetimeliness and apparent commitment of the 2 young men, however they both were unsure of the size of the machine needed to unclog the sewer drain asthere was a minor flood of 1/2 - 1 in our Laundry Room..and, in conversation repeated that if my 3Flat bldg used PVC piping underground it was illegaland might need to be removed . I argued no and later confirmed via 2 other licensed plumbers and the Tribune news that the Ordinance changed in the1990s to allow PVC.And, they searched for the front clean out entry and couldn't find it. ( two days later I hired another, he found the front clean out and cleared the entiresewer line, proving via camera)Although I appreciated their initial response and return the next day and i gave a gratuity..the completejob was never done.Mostly I resent them giving erroneous informationI would not hire again.

Henry is a true professional. He does a great job, is very observant and thorough. He did great work at our place and we will certainly call him again when needed in the future.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.

They came and fixed my plumbing, which they over priced me for, and while fixing my plumbing i asked how much will it cost to move my hot water tank 3 feet they told me 1600$, so i called to get another estimate, another contractor came out and moved the damn thing for 500$, i would not recommended this place to anyone.
