Dax from Rescue Plumbing was awesome! Called Friday evening for a leak under the sink and he was there within a few hours. Stopped the link and recommend a new faucet, which he came back first thing Saturday morning to install, because I didn’t have a new faucet in hand at 9pm Friday night and stores were closed. Excellent service! We will only call Dax and Rescue Plumbing in the future.

You know, it's one thing to have to call and schedule appointments with multiple companies to receive estimates for work when it involves aesthetics to your home - fence jobs, landscaping, etc. It's another thing when you're calling a company to rely on their services for a necessary/emergency home repair. We called Rocket in early February when we were experiencing sump pump/ejector/sewage problems. The plumber, whose name I won't fully publish, but will refer to as G, talked up his experience and knowledge, as well as his family's long history of being plumbers. G quoted us as needing a new check valve - at the minimum. There were two other options that included a new sump system, and a fully new flood protection system. Lastly, which wasn't included in our many quotes, we could also have a fully re-routed sump hose/drain system installed out front.... to the tune of THOUSANDS. As we are under a lifetime warranty with our basement flood protection company, I called them to come out and take a look. First off, our check valves are in place and working. Second off, G never once opened/looked into or addressed our catch basin. I'm not sure he even knew we had one. He never mentioned routing/rooting our sewage line for a clog, nor the fact that it could be a busted line. He didn't mention potentially using a camera probe to find the aforementioned. No, instead, G suggested three fixes that weren't only unnecessary, but also would not have addressed nor fixed our problem. I am trying not to think that we were being bamboozled/taken advantage of.... Sadly, I can't give a one star review for one person at a company, because I'm sure Rocket likely does employ competent plumbers - and I don't want to turn anyone away from hiring those competent plumbers. However, this guy wasn't one of them - and, frankly, in the future, G might want to re-think touting his skills when said skills seem to be few and far between.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday. Didn't realize until Saturday evening and left a message with Apex. Chuck immediately called me back and was willing to have someone come out by Sunday. We ended up scheduling the visit for Monday to save on labor costs. Aiden was their technician and was super friendly and professional. Highly recommend Apex and they also came in below several of the other quotes I received.

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. GOrooter will be my go to for plumbing from now on!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Juan's services, you will not be disappointed!!

My bathtub faucet was dripping and needed a cartridge replaced. Logan came out, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job.

The final job came in at estimate and the repair completely fixed the problem. I'm very happy with the service provided as well as the communication. I intend to use Rescue Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

A basement flooding after rain storms and a simple catch basin pump out and cleaning resulted in other issues causing the flooding. Turns out my mainline was clogged so then l had them rod it out but issue still persistent because water did not drain after rodding, Jeremy was persistent and wasn't gonna leave me like that so he brought out the pressure jetter and it got the clog out all the way to the sewer and water level returned to normal, also gave me a deal to include the jetting price for the pumping and rodding price at no extra, l was so grateful

I can't thank Mr. Love and his crew enough for their prompt and professional service. They saved our basement in the middle of a downpour and then quickly diagnosed our issues for a long term fix. We look forward to doing future business (preferably maintenance only) with them.

Aidan and Kevin from Apex Plumbing came and helped us out with our water heater issue. They arrived earlier than expected, were very thorough, and explained everything clearly. Best of all the issue was fixed and we had hot water again. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues you may have!

I got two quotes to replace an old metal drum trap underneath the shower and Psp Plumbing was 55% lower than their competitor's price. Both companies said the job was 2-4 hours. Psp Plumbing was able to give a quote based on photos sent, gave a certificate of insurance, gave their company W-9, and offered flexible financing all before starting any work.

The replacement was completed the right way and within 2 hours. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, had all the correct parts, and removed all trash before they left. They also noticed and took the time to bring to my attention other plumbing violations and explained clearly the hazard associated.

Mike is awesome. My kitchen drain failed and within 40 min of calling him he came out to my house to see the issue. This was at like 7pm at night as well. The whole drain pipe needed to be replaced all the way down to my basement. Mike came out at 8am the next morning with another guy and both of them worked hard for a good 4-5 hours and installed a brand new drain. It was a big job. Mike is priced very fair in my opinion as well. The quality of the work is top notch. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing.

We had a kitchen sink backup in our ground-floor condo unit on a Sunday evening. The plumbers arrived within an hour and routed the drain twice with no success. While one of them tried a third time, the second went down to the building garage to listen at the point where the common drain attaches to the sewer. Sure enough you could hear and feel the rodding knocking about in the pipe. But still no luck clearing the drain. They offered to return the next day with a truck to jet the line at a cost of $1800. We signed the proposal but since the pipe is a common drain we reviewed the situation Monday morning with our condo management company. They have a designated plumber and also noted that the cost to the association would be far less. So we cancelled the jetting but paid out of pocket at Sunday evening rates for the work of the two plumbers we had engaged from Captain Rooter. The next day the association's plumbers appeared at our door with the same type of power rodder fitted with a 75-foot cable and corkscrew end. They successfully cleared the clog. They asked about the plumbing job of the previous evening and thought possibly the Captain Rooter equipment cable was too short. In fact, the plumbers on Sunday had some dialog between them about the rodder on their truck having been switched - not by them - to one with a shorter cable that was missing a corkscrew at the tip. So in the end we are left with a distinct feeling that Captain Rooter arrived with equipment that wasn't adequate for the task, and then offered a jetting alternative at a price that seems far above the average for our area. Jetting vs rodding is a debatable issue but in our case the management company decided to begin with normal rodding. While the Captain Rooter guys were professional, personable, and worked hard for the hour they spent on our drain, the experience for us was a costly disappointment.
