My water heater broke and he came out the next day to replace it. He asked me what my needs were and made some suggestions. He didnt leave until he made sure everything was working properly and he is proud of his work. He also gave me a great price. Ill call him again when I need something.

It was undoubtedly a great job. The crew came out to help and they did a thorough inspection after which they proceeded to do the work. They are really wonderful people doing wonderful things.

I would like to acknowledge outstanding service and work ethic. I placed a call to Vanderbosch for a boiler inspection and cleaning for a 9 unit Condo in Chicago. I was sent John C. who came out about 4 days later. When our condo president and I met him, we were impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He explained our options and went into detail as to how they would reflect on the safety of our building as well as efficiency of our boiler. Our boiler had been neglected and took him all day to take apart and clean. Even though our building has the original boiler, someone might have hesitated to trust anyone to take it apart to clean. However John C. took pictures of all the original settings, documented them so that he would return the unit to it's original running settings. During this tedious and messy process he consulted with Hugh Hodur (the owner) many times only to find out that the settings were not correct for optimal efficiency. During this process he answered many of my questions and patiently explained many scenarios. Also he discovered a relay switch which will be replaced this Friday that could have shut down our boiler at any minute with out notice due to corroded wires. This company converted my in floor radiant heat to above ground 15 years ago. They were great back than but after yesterday, they have me as a customer for life, regardless of where I live in their service area. Outstanding and ethical. Thank you John C. And Hugh Hodur. I can not thank you enough for your honesty and integrity.

$650 for a sewer rod that took them less than an HR to get done, and wanted to charge me over $1,000

I've used J. Blanton's services in two different properties. They impress me with their quick responsiveness and with their contacting me if their techs will arrive earlier or later than planned. The techs in my opinion know what they're doing and act in a courteous manner. I do believe that Blanton charges a lot for their work. Yet, I still will use the company again because of their convenient and quick service.

Never hire this company if you actually want the job done correctly. Please use Dr. Rooters, they are professional and know how to treat customers. Zuniga has horrible customer service and zero consideration for the neighbors. If you want them to trap you in a parking spot over night at your restaurant, then this is the organization for you. After I closed my restaurant they told me they can’t back their truck up so I am trapped until 5am. Please don’t go into business if you can’t understand the basics of customer service.

I will be informing the entire community not to ever use your services. I will also be speaking tomorrow to the GM that hired you for their services and explain to him how you trapped my car in the ally, how unprofessional you are, and how you shouldn’t be allowed in the ally if you can’t drive the truck.

They were extremely professional and the job was done just as discussed (check valve and eductor pump). My basement flooded during a massive storm but they came out right away to give me a quote and got it done quickly after I called to schedule it. Would definitely use them again!

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed. Our phone call was quickly responded to on a Saturday. He answered all our questions and explained as he worked. He protected all the surface areas in the work area and cleaned up after he completed the job. He was thorough and tested and retested until he was sure the problem was fixed. I am blown away by the services performed by Savior Plumbers. I just moved into a new home and had 3 different businesses come to try and identify a gas leak. The issue persisted and I reached out to Savior for another opinion. They called me back within 10 minutes of my inquiry and were able to fit me in next day (on a Saturday.) I was so thankful as we were moving in that Saturday and I was worried for our safety with the gas smell.

Henry showed up and identified TWELVE leaks. He spent SIX HOURS on a Saturday making all the necessary repairs in order to keep us safe. Despite how late it was (9pm when he left,) he was thorough and explained everything in detail so we understood what was going on. He was so kind and even offered us a discounted flat rate instead of charging per leak since there were so many.

He is extremely knowledgeable and also advised on many other plumbing projects that we have. He also installed a new toilet for us to replace one that would not flush and it's perfect and flushes as it should now.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Do not waste your time with anyone else — they can do it all!

I had a hot water heater replaced and can only say that it was was a delight to work with a company that is as professional as this company. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

After our water heater went out, we asked around for recommendations and Drain Works came up. We gave them a call and they were quick to show up. They weren't pushy or rude and the cost seemed reasonable to us so we went ahead and said yes and we don't regret our choice. Highly recommend them!

I had 4 plumbers come out to our establishment and charged us thousands of dollars and could not fix the problem with drain leaking water. Adam offered there hydro jet service and it resolved our issue right away. They came out in less then hour and service was fast and efficient. I would recommend this service to anyone having blocked of clogged pipes

Anel showed on time, called in advance, discussed the issue when he arrived and fixed the issue quickly. Professional and clean.

We had two emergencies during the extreme cold weather this past winter. Our water heater exploded followed within a week by a major pipe burst. We hired 4S to get us through it and they came through with flying colors. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and caring are just a few of the words I would use to describe them. Ann all at the most reasonable cost and payment terms. Most highly recommended!
