Kent was very knowledgable and solved the problem efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better electrician. He even went out to get additional supplies as needed to make sure the job was done correctly! I would highly recommend him for any job due to his extensive experience and commitment to excellent service.

Needed to add a dedicated circuit breaker and wiring for our new oven hood going into our 100+ year old kitchen reno. Boz was great to work with, very respectful and kind and his team did a great job- kept the drywall cuts and mess to a minimum. I could barely tell anything changed when they were done! Price was very reasonable. Plus everyone was masked up and kept their distance which I really appreciated! I would definitely work with them again.

Eric and Sammy were really great to work with. They were on time, friendly, and really helpful in making sure I understood all the work that was being done and any choices that were made. My a/c even went out while they were here (on a 90+ degree day) and Eric went out of his way to take a look and get it working again (luckily it was a simple fix). Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend!! I was in between a home remodel project and after fitting the new kitchen appliance the fuse box which kept tripping. This was derailing the entire project as my remodel contractors were not able to move forward. We called Sapphire Electric in an emergency and they were able to replace old wiring and fixed the fuse box same day. Their personalized care and knowledge helped keep my remodel project on target and budget.

I called Mighty Electric this morning at 8AM because my house lost power in the middle of the night, which left me with no heat.They immediately dispatched someone, even with a full schedule and limited slots available. A technician named Eddie came and within about 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue and even explained to Comed that there was both a partial power and meter issue. While Comed worked to figure out their issues, he went to work getting power and heat back on, as he expressed concern about my pipes freezing in the 15 degree weather! It is only noon and my heat is back on and he is off servicing his next client. Thanks so much Eddie and the mighty electric team for not letting me freeze!

On a Friday afternoon our our fuse box was acting up and specifically the fuse wired to our A/C. Timing could not have been any worse as we are in the process of selling our home and had scheduled showings on the next day. After calling several places with no luck, Lucas picked up right away and was at my house in less than an hour. He quickly identified and fixed our issue with the fuse box and also re-installed one of my smoke detectors. Very grateful for his prompt response time and professional work!

The lighting in our family room was limited to a lamp plugged into the wall. We called on a few electricians in Chicago to find out if we could do anything to get a permanent light fixture into the room. We really like this contractor because he came out to see us and assess the work. Some others didn’t even bother calling back. He did exactly what he promised and our family room is bright and warm now.

We had to remodel and needed a lot of electrical work, but A and K was amazing, they helped through the whole process and made everything extremely smooth. I had gotten quotes from several companies in the area and A and K was the most affordable, and ended up doing amazing work. High Recommend!!!

Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. The paint job was awesome.The entire condo painting top to bottom and handiwork was finished in less than a week. Felt like it was a new condo at the end! I just called them again to do electrical work and schedule work the next day. Great group and great work!

We are so happy with the work done by these electrical contractors in Chicago. Our front porch light was relocated to a better position and they changed it from a motion-sensor light to a regular switch. We also got some professional advice about our decorative lighting to ensure safe use and a great look. The service was beyond our expectations

They did a fantastic job installing a vintage, Tiffany-inspired stained glass chandelier for me! It was a tricky endeavor because the chandelier was several decades old and it even had broken wires. The guy expertly managed to repair the wires by re-circuiting them into working order...I was so impressed. I couldn’t find anyone else who could do it until now because it’s such an intricate chandelier. So thankful to Blacklite!!
