When our issue was bigger than initially thought, they were quick to reschedule to come back out the next day to make sure everything was fixed, and showed us how to prevent the problem from happening again. Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. Walter is a great professional! He came in and fixed water pressure booster system that was installed by another plumber. He was responsive and gave me options, walking me through the plumbing repair process. He also checked my drainage system and did a complete clean out. We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Everybody at Rescue is so friendly! We highly recommend.

Fettes Love & Sieben falsified information in a report they created on 5/21/2012.
If you are looking for a company to falsify plumbing documents/reports give them a call.

They also billed us for work performed on 5/23/2012 (two hours of work 251 dollars) for rodding out a pipe which took less than ten minutes. I don't even think the plumber was present for 5 minutes.

When I contacted them via phone and email (3 times) they simply did not respond. The person who signed the report is named steve and there is no last name.

Steve is a complete liar and a crook; I think he spent to much time with his head in a toilet bowel.

Today was a dream come true for me! I have always wanted a good, reasonable plumber; now, I got a plumber for life! Mr. Burris did an awesome job. All I needed was my bath tub rodded, but you better believe he will be the only one I call for future plumbing services. He was in & out and left lots of nuggets on life’s lessons. His service was most enjoyable!

Michael came out this morning to repair our ejector pump that has been giving us issues for some time now. He was on time, quick and didn't charge us extra money for being in such a rush. Will use again for any future plumbing repairs.

We had two plumbing companies come out to give us an estimate on a job. Benjamin from Apex was extremely professional and courteous and provided an estimate extremely quickly. The second company came out and we asked them a few questions about what Benjamin had told us and they were completely unable to answer they also didn’t provide a timely estimate. Apex and Benjamin are excellent plumbers and business people as they get the job done with the upmost professionalism. Additionally, I was home with a newborn baby who was a little fussy and Benjamin had a tip on how to hold her to calm her down. Thanks, Apex and Benjamin!
