Best Replace Frozen Sewer Line in Chicago IL

Josh was just at a job with me Friday and found a serious issue requiring repair when performing a sewer scope. How valuable for the client to know this problem before buying a house. Thanks for the great service Josh and Baethke!

Had two technicians come out and couldn't unclog my kitchen sink but were very friendly and informed me they would be sending an actual licensed plumber. When he showed up (again, very friendly) he was able to quickly solve the problem and fix my kitchen sink. He apologized it took three people. Great customer service goes a long way!

Garbage disposal died and First Chicago Plumbing came out and took care of it quickly. The best part was that the plumber took the time to educate me on how my kitchen plumbing works. I learned a lot and feel like I now have an understanding of how it all works.

Sought out Goode plumbing for an issue. A man came and looked at the issue. Took my $60 dollar check after looking at the issue. Cashed it immediately. Never heard from Goode plumbing again. No estimate. Nothing. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Found another plumber. What a waste of time. Shame on you Goode plumbing.

These guys are fantastic! Have called them before to look at things, and not been charged unless there is an issue (as opposed to larger companies that do a Trip Charge).

This time we needed to replace some parts on our toilet. They came out within 24 hours, and fixed it next day for a reasonable price. Our guy even helped educate us on how we can potentially fix it ourselves in the future. Plus they warranty work!

Looking for a plumber in Hyde Park, Chicago and Apex advertises they specialize in Hyde Park. Called to set up an appointment and they told me we were outside their service area, despite the fact that WE ARE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF HYDE PARK. Don't waste my time with false advertising.

Over the years I've been raped by plumbing company prices so I was hesitant about using a new company. A friend recommended Juan from Go-Rooter so I called and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people

Mike and team saved the day. When calling for an estimate the young lady taking my call was very professional. Mike and team showed up within 24 hours and gave an accurate estimate. They were back the following day on time and saved the day. I had a terrible clog in my basement piping. They were able to fix the problem in an hour. I will definitely recommend their services.

We have referred out some work to this company to replace / install gas lines for clothes drying machines. Along with replacing water hoses for stackable Washer / Dryer Units. So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

Every winter the big old maple tree in front sends its sap down into the roots and some of those roots grow into our sewer line, which means a clean-out every January or February. Our regular plumber had retired, so I looked on NextDoor for one with high recommendations. Green Tech was by far the most highly rated.The truck arrived on time, and a courtesy text notification was sent just prior to the arrival. The man even took the wad of roots with him when he left.We have found an honest and reasonable replacement for our retired plumber. Thank you, Green Tech.

This company was sent to me by my home warranty service. They arrived on time and explained to me what their next steps would be. I had a very old water heater that just wasn't getting my water warm let alone hot. They ordered me a new one and replaced it within a week. I'd definitely use them again.

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
