Fabulous service and even better employees. Rescue plumbing sent Jay Ismail to help us resolve our issues with the water valves in our new home and it is some of the best service I’ve had in Chicago.

Response time was incredible as was the availability of the team to come and assist us.

Showed up as scheduled on a holiday weekend to rod out the second floor drain and clear a significant backup. Plumber was very professional and solved the problem, mess free.

Needed a plumber familiar with (and undaunted by) the quirky plumbing surprises an 80+ year old building can present so once again, and of course, I turned to Vanguard Plumbing for their expertise. The owner, Jan, is very knowledgeable and accommodating, quickly getting me on the schedule, and his tech, George, knows his stuff and did excellent work, as usual (he’s repaired/replaced a few things in ‘this old condo’, over the years). With his assistant, Chris, they worked a small miracle replacing a slow, old tub drain, replacing faulty shut off valves (including two, original red-knobbed room shut offs) and recapping an above-floor capped radiator pipe so it’s now below the floor so my new marble flooring will be obstruction-free! I also really like how accommodating they all are with all of my questions. I don’t want to get in their way, but I do appreciate being able to learn a few things about our plumbing system (that’s even more ‘vintage’ than me!).

We have been using Rocket Plumbing since 2017, and we’re very satisfied with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. We’re particularly happy with Danny Long. He makes every effort to come out as soon as possible, clearly explains the work necessary, and then bills us fairly for what he’s done. His work is always high quality, and we can rely on the repairs that he’s done. Having the plumbing system go out in the house is stressful, but knowing that Danny and Rocket Plumbing are there improves a difficult situation.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. He was very straightforward with his explanation and was very patient and friendly on the phone with me even though I'm just the potential buyer and not even his current client.

There's a lack of professionalism and etiquette with this company. They are not communicating with each other effectively within the organization so I spent a lot of time repeating myself. Also the technician that called me to confirm was rude. I decided to go with another company.

I would first like to say that Eric The Plumber is very Professional. I had an emergency with the faucet/shower in my bathroom. Needless to say, the day that I called he gave me a time to come out to inspect the situation, within no time I knew what the issue was and had an estimate. Eric came out the next day (which was today), fixed the problem and explained to me what had happened and given advice on preventing other issues. I am extremely appreciative for the excellent work he did on short notice. I will continue to utilize his services as well as tell others about him. It was a pleasure to have someone Black owned to service my needs and have the level of Professionalism that he has.
