I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!

Waste of time and a scam.

The website claimed I could get an estimate online, except it doesn't, only scheduling an appointment. The website claims, no-obligation cost estimate today and Straightforward pricing and upfront quotes. Without that option on the form, I tried a more direct approach.

So I tried the phone number, and instead got a run around. In short, this company will not provide an estimate unless you pay to have someone come out, so those two sales pitches found in print are lies. Worse yet, it took me 3 phone calls as they kept passing me to an estimator to call me back, who was never in the office when I called, who did not have a dedicated line nor voicemail to contact directly, and when I finally caught her, gave me this pay-to-play pitch different than the company's website and their own customer support agents claimed was possible.

My job was a basic one: replace a faucet, I would even buy the materials. And they could not give me an estimate for that basic work without me paying to have someone come in my home.

During a pandemic, this kind of on-site and pay-to-play quoting isn't OK. Worse yet, for me to find out this information, I had to chase them.

Update: the company replied, which confirms what I have posted. Yes I did not provide my address, but did provide my zip code. That should be enough for an online estimate. Beware this company!

We had flooding in our basement and Roto-Rooter was the fastest to respond. They provided great service. Yuri (1195) worked very hard to get a difficult situation under control. Mark was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us get our claim initiated. I'd definitely call them again.

Fast, honest, and skilled. They tell it to you straight, and fix whatever plumbing related issue you have. I called on Tuesday afternoon and had someone out on Wednesday morning, and had new toilets installed by noon same day. Highly recommend.

Edwin provides an honest, thorough, reasonably priced service. I've used him for large jobs like replacing all the pipe in my basement. And he's done some small jobs like extracting a small bottle that got jammed in a toilet. He's good.

We've used Apex unfortunately a few times now. The first few were for basement flooding that led to drain repair on the city's side of things. They were incredibly responsive and informed. They handled all of the contracts and permits and city delegations. And now it was for a burst pipe. They were here 30 minutes after we called. The plumber John was fast, personable, and thorough. He assesed the problem in no time, and was here for less than an hour. Not to mention the receptionist was very calming and patient while I panicked and fumbled over my words. We've reccomended them before and will continue to reccomend them. Thanks Apex!

Contacted him to fix one of my tenants shower control cartridges. Gave him tenants contact information. Tenant told me he rescheduled and never showed up. I contacted him to see if he was going to show up and never got back to me.
