I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!

They charge a service fee to come out (it doubles on Saturday and quadruples on Sundays). I had a strange water issue that seemed like it could have been a frozen pipe. However, it didn't seem like it SHOULD be.

A tech came out, did very minimal inspection and troubleshooting, then gave me several very expensive quotes for running a thaw machine. I asked if there was any kind of guarantee that doing so would fix my issue, but there wasn't.

I ended up solving my issue myself by cutting into my drywall to examine my pipe following the recommendation from another plumber. It was frozen due to a frozen hvac line from another building unit that was running next to the water line.

The other plumber would have charged about 1/3 the price to thaw it. I did so with a hair dryer with confidence after actually finding the root cause.

Annoying service fees, expensive quotes, poor troubleshooting, no guarantee of problem resolution, and, finally, they also signed me up for a spam email newsletter without consent. F that.

Our water heater had stopped working. We were unable to fix the problem ourselves, so decided to contact roto-rooter.The individual came to our home, and indicated that numerous different parts needed to be replaced and that this would be a job that would cost up to apprx $1,500. After a few minutes I decided to go review our warranty and upon learning this, our technician suddenly fixed the problem (the thermostat needed to be reset). Our heat had been set too high, and our tank was overheated, and switched off. After thanking the technician and asking him what he did to reset the thermostat and get the pilot light back on, he joked that if he told me, he'd have to kill me. I was not bothered by the joke, but this certainly highlighted that he was more interested in creating a job for himself than he was in fixing the issue and helping us avoid this in the future.At the end of the day, this experience certainly burned any trust that I have in the company, and would not use or recommend that anybody use Roto-Rooter. Go local.

I have had to call Jan and his guys out 2 times, the 3rd time, Jan talked me through the simple faucet repair on the phone. I can not say enough good things about Jan and his company, he and his guys all wear masks, are polite and courteous, professional and the amount quoted is exactly what I have paid. Jan responds very quickly to every call and email I have sent. I have worked in construction for 28 years, having any workmen respond quickly is rare. I have done my own rehab work with the help of various tradesmen and know the industry. I bought my home at the end January 2020, RIGHT before Covid 19 started. As I only had 3.5 weeks to get my work done before I moved in, I hired a licensed plumber to get multiple items done before I moved in. Needless to say the guy did nothing but take shortcuts and put band aids on most everything he touched. Within a few months the issues started. A backed up tub drain the guy was supposed to have cleared was clogged again (turns out, he never cleared anything), a sump pump he installed failed, some pipe work he did was not done properly. Jan has properly repaired all the items, quickly and as cost effectively as possible. He is now my only plumber, I will never use any other company. Thanks Jan, for being consistent, skilled, honest and fair.

We had a pipe break and within 45 min Rocket had Anthony and his laborer onsite to help! Super professional and extremely helpful. Anthony was able to quickly assess the problem and had the problem resolved within an hour. He also looked at something else I was wanting a plumber for. Highly recommend Rocket!

I highly recommend J sewer & drain repair . they came to my home and hydro jetted my main line cleaning and clearing it of tissue and Greece that had been clogging my drains . After Steele rodding my inside and outside lines . My plumber suggested hydro jetting. J sewer has professional equipment that comes with tank and camera.
