Our ejector pump broke on the Sunday night before Memorial Day. Henry came out at 11pm and worked up a solution—he only replaced one broken part, rather than replacing the whole pump, which would have been an extra $400. Responsive, professional, and affordable. This is the only plumber I will be calling from now on.

The guy that came out was very nice and respectful. Came out during the quarantine literally was here in less than 20 minutes from when I called. Did the job in under 5 minutes and did a great job. I definitely recommend this place if you need a plumber.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.

Hire Mike when you need a plumber. Great trades people are often hard to find and Mike is great. While I am not a plumber, I know enough about the trades to know quality work. I first used his service when I needed to add a sewer line. I got 3 bids and his was the lowest, and his work was excellent. I live in an 80 year old house in a wooded area. So occasionally the sewer's back up and Mike always gets the repair done quickly and at a very fair price (which just happened).

I was given lead times and soft commitments of 12-24 hours by everyone until Charlie. He helped me troubleshot right then and there, which is a level of care that you will not get from a larger company.We spent 20 minutes troubleshooting my system over the phone before determining that he needed to come out. He even suggested a temporary solution I could implement myself to prevent additional water in the area until his arrival; it worked.Once onsite, he was able to diagnose a complex issue (that was entirely behind the wall) quickly. We discussed the pro/cons of several solutions and he was able estimate the cost of the repair on the spot. Doing my own research after the fact, the price was very fair.During the repair, Charlie was polite , professional, hard working, and a pleasure to have doing work in my home. I would highly recommend him to those in need of plumbing, sewage, or heating solutions.
