Rescue Plumbing is a company that I highly recommend! Pete and Noah are very professional, but also kind and friendly. They did the job proficiently and didn’t leave any type of mess whatsoever. Now our tub drains the way it’s supposed to. Anytime I ever have any plumbing issues, I will call Rescue Plumbing.

I had backed up storm drain. This was my first experience with Roto Rooter, the initial communication was a bit of a challenge, as I had to chat with 3 different folks, including one plumber, and scheduling the visit was a bit disorganized, but Eugene showed up, knew what he was doing and did a great job, all the while describing what he was doing and how the storm drain system works underneath my home. Great job in the end. Eugene should be commended. Pricey, but great job.

Jan and his team came out promptly and solved our issues in our office location and they were very clean throughout the entire process. Jesus was one of the first to contact us back after sending out a few messages on yelp in the early morning about getting our water heater replaced ASAP. He was able to see us that day and had a water heater available. Although it was a bit complicated getting our old one out and the new one installed due to the way it was originally installed and the available space in our unit, Jesus was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely call him in the future and highly recommend him!

Called First Chicago Plumbing to replace my whole-house water filters. They were able to come out right-away and the technicians were quick and thorough. Their service was reasonably priced as well.

I live in a vintage unit with many quirks, and Edwin takes time to explain and work through speed bumps, even with some incredibly stubborn clogs. I highly highly highly recommend.

One word - AMAZING! We needed an old toilet replaced in our condo and we needed it replaced ASAP. Luis was great! I've used VanDerBosch for mid level emergencies - Dead water heater; backed up dishwasher; broken faucet. Each time they were extremely professional, communicative, and a pleasure to have in the house - from their friendliness all the way to the shoe booties that they where, and cleaning up after themselves.

Their rates are competitive, with a slight modifier for the piece of mind and professionalism that I spoke about. That's why I keep going back to them over trying to nickel and dime on a plumbing service that may save me a few dollars but leave me disappointed and soaked.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.
