Pete and Noah were great! Had a clog that went down all the way to the main line - 35 feet. It’s totally unclogged now. They did a great job.

The service was absolutely excellent . The technicians diagnosed and repaired several problems with 2 toilets and cleaned a drain. The also reset our sump pumps so they could be viewed on our phones. They checked all plumbing in the house as part of our yearly maintenance agreement, and found 2 leaky faucets, and the need for a back flow inspection. I could not be more grateful. I highly recommend Bathke plumbing. And their new logo is fabulous— call them for maintenance and repair!

I called Roto Rooter after flushing my wedding ring down the toilet. I was traumatized by the event itself and the following didn't help. I first spoke to Nate who was very polite and said that they could help. He said that a Camara Tech would have to be dispatched and someone would get back to me. I called again after an hour and a half of no contact. I spoke to Brian who, after realizing where I live (south side of Chicago), said very rudely that the cost for the Camara Tech would be $500 and they probably wouldn't find it. I am still not sure if his words/rude tone were due to my race (African American) or his perceived notion of my income. Nonetheless I still wanted someone to come out. The next person that I spoke to gave me a 4 hour window in which someone would come. 17 hours later of waiting, I called again. Julie, like Brian, rudely told me of the cost. After asking why it appeared that they did not want to service me, she said that she had a tech in my area in 30 minutes and that person would contact me. 3 hours later, she called to say that she had a tech in the area in an hour and I would be first. When I reminded her that she said the same thing earlier, she dryly said that she was sorry.I would suggest using Almighty Rooter. They were responsive and informative. They were honest about the entire process. Thanks Mike!

Jan and team were great. From initial diagnosis to work, I’m very happy. I also had three different plumbers quote the work. Vanguard was $500 cheaper than both for the exact same job.

Rob and crew installed a tankless water heater. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. The install was a bit of a challenge given the limited space and vent issues. I had these guys come to my home and did a remarkable job of replacing the galvanized pipes that were clogged up and putting in new copper pipes and making sure the water heater was working.They were very hardworking and were able to finish in a day.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Edwin was the best was on time for the estimate. He was on time for the work, respected my new floors. He laid tarps. Controlled my cost final bill was half what he estimated. I have additional work, Edwin number is now saved in my phone. Edwin is old school he tells the truth and on time.

One word - AMAZING! We needed an old toilet replaced in our condo and we needed it replaced ASAP. Luis was great! I needed my bathtub unclogged and my daughter found Father & Son plumbing on Google. I will definitely be using Father & Son from now on. When my daughter called that day, the plumber came out in about 2 hrs, was on time and fixed the problem. I wish I could remember his name but my daughter said he was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. I also needed my toilet screws replaced and luckily he had the parts and fixed that also. I was extremely happy with the price and service! very affordable ?. 100% recommended this company
