My fiancé called to get an estimate on wax seal replacement underneath the toilet in our condo, as we were concerned about leaking into the unit downstairs. Not only were they able to come out and do an estimate promptly, they were able to fit us into the schedule the same day AND provide all the necessary license and insurance paperwork to our high rise’s building management quickly. When a different issue arose with water pressure after the fact, they came back quickly and worked to resolve that issue as well. We would recommend their services again in a heartbeat.

We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.

After the strong rainfalls in Chicago where everyone's basement flooded we had Roto-Rooter come out. While we appreciated the prompt and professional service of all employees that came to clean and check equipment, they messed up our AC piping so the water didn't go down the drain but rather created another big puddle in our basement. I've contacted Roto-Rooters via email and left a voice message but never received a response. Then we received the invoice and contacted them again. No acknowledgement of them messing up. All they could do is sent a cleaning crew more than two weeks after. I don't need no cleaning crew now - we took care of this ourselves after no response from them. We didn't even get a partial credit on our invoice. I tried to talk to them and just a bunch of excuses why that is not possible. Imagine paying $569 for a cleaning that you just re-do yourself.So long story short - prompt and quick service but double check the work. Roto Rooter cares about money more than customer service.

I highly recommend Luis. I needed some plumbing repairs in my rental home. Luis was very responsive from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable, and took his time to explain the cause and how to avoid future issues. Luis went above and beyond to make this experience a great one. After Steele rodding my inside and outside lines . My plumber suggested hydro jetting. J sewer has professional equipment that comes with tank and camera. I had a great experience with First Chicago Plumbing. They were able to give me an accurate quote before coming in and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. The plumber that came was very helpful and professional and explained everything he was doing. The price was reasonable especially compared to other plumbers in the area and the service was great.

I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job.

We had an urgent need to have our main drain cleared. Go-rooter responded the same day, and were out in less than 24 hours to perform the service. They used cameras to show us the problem and video to demonstrate the resolution. They were professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had a tenant who was not getting hot water. They scheduled the appointment as soon as possible. Logan called the next day and showed up when he said. Even though it was an easy fix, he and his partner were very professional and took the time to show us what to look for. Appreciate the professionalism and help!

Power plumbing took advantage of my pregnant wife on a house call to diagnose a shower that didn't get hot. They were unclear about how the total cost of the service would be calculated, did not explain options along with their costs clearly, and ended up taking 4.5 hours + an expensive part that was more than 40% cheaper next door at Home Depot. Total bill was over $800 and the shower still doesn't get hot consistently. We have found the same type of job in our area should cost between $200-400 with parts and labor.

Their owner has yelled at us and blamed us repeatedly when we have challenged the bill and brought up the shower not working. they have shown no interest in trying to solve an issue for the customer. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I live in an apartment with really old pipes and I’ve had a few plumbers come out to try and fix my shower drain with no luck.
I had Logan and his crew with rescue plumbing come and help me out with what I thought was an impossible clog. They fixed what 3 other plumbers could not.
They were professional, kind, and above all efficient. They explained the whole procedure and they explained the risks involved.
If I ever have any drain problems I am 100% coming back to rescue plumbing and I recommend them to anyone who’s who has a drain problem that other plumbers couldn’t fix.

These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

Just has Burris &son fixed two problems that other plumbing companies wanted to charge me over $1200. They fixed both issues with in hour an it only cost me $350. He's honest, hard working and it was a blessing for me.
