Simple replacement of a kitchen sink pipe. They were on time, clean and quick. The price was over $400 which seems high, but I suppose that’s inflation.

These guys are fantastic! Have called them before to look at things, and not been charged unless there is an issue (as opposed to larger companies that do a Trip Charge).

This time we needed to replace some parts on our toilet. They came out within 24 hours, and fixed it next day for a reasonable price. Our guy even helped educate us on how we can potentially fix it ourselves in the future. Plus they warranty work!

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!

I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. They will not honor their warranty. They will take advantage of your emergency situation and diagnose non-working repair suggestions that you don't need, like: $1,500 hydro-jetting, when all you need is a simple rod at $450. They will not talk about it with civility over the phone. They will be rude and indignant. They will not take any responsibility for a mis-diagnosis and they will make a mountain of excuses as to why nothing is their fault. This company should take more honor in their work, but they likely won't. Therefore, until then, save your pockets and save your time by going with another firm

I called plumbing technician Josh from RODDING ROOTER To rodd out my main line and he did a marvelous job he unclog the lines and he changed all my old galvanized water line pipes with new copper blue type heavy-duty water lines I had an a friend that is a city inspector come over to check it and he said that Josh did a great job. Price Was Affordable Josh Was Responsible and Respectful. I will hire this company again and recommend rodding rooter to Friends and family

Charlie is a very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. He did a fantastic job working on my furnace and water heater. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and was very reasonable price wise. I will definitely call again if I have issues in the future.

Be prepared to give all the information twice; to the receptionist and to the plumber.

Worked with the guy years ago on a condo rehab project and I got a large side job of my own and he didn't want to share the job with me, he wanted to just take the job. GREEDY !
