Best Pipes Leak Repair in Chicago IL

Well I have had three pipes burst in the last two months and every time Rescue has come out the experience has been really amazing. Today, Joey and Sam came out and went above and beyond. They explained everything I asked about, made recommendations without pressuring but just giving me my range of options. They arrived early, they repaired everything super quickly and went out of their way to clean up. I have actually never written a single review on google, yelp, anywhere. I just cannot say enough about how far this company’s employees (from the office, to the plumbers, to the insurance claims) goes to make a stressful and sometimes expensive experience that much easier.

I also just want to make sure that you guys know how great Joey and Sam were today (and actually how incredibly helpful Lisa from your office was the last two times you did work for me in December).

We did not end up needing to use Rescue Plumbing's services but I still wanted to leave a review thanking Jay for his excellent service. We noticed a slow leak in our garage that we thought was coming from a plumbing line. Rescue answered first call and was able to come the same day. They quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from a damaged HVAC but still talked us through who to call, what to do, and how to repair the damage. They also provided us with a great referral and answered our millions of questions. It was excellent customer service and we will definitely be calling them next time we need any plumbing help.

I've used Roto-Rooter twice and had a great experience in Hoffman Estates. Clogged drains are a nasty job for anyone, but they professionally and promptly fixed my drain. Clean, prompt, very knowledgeable service technician. I really appreciated the phone calls to let me know the tech was delayed and the notification of when he would arrive. Very helpful. I'd use them again and recommend them highly.

Called with a plugged drain, they were able to work me in the same day. The guys showed up, sized up the situation and solved the problem in minutes. Professional, efficient and polite!!

I had First Chicago out to move some pipes while remodeling my master bathroom. They went the extra mile and made quick work of the job. To move the shower lines, tub plumbing to accommodate a freestanding tub and tub filler installation it took them only 4 hours. The price was also much better than others I received quotes from in the area. Highly recommend!

Great service. They completed the job as promised, and are very professional and respectful. We had a larger water heater replace an older broken one and they did a great job installing it. The work was very clean and done to perfection. There were many prior errors in the plumbing and the pipes, and they fixed everything to be in the correct position and functioning properly. We love our new water heater and the nice long hot showers!

Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink.
