We had a very serious gas leak from the dryer that was a life threatening situation. Pete and Noah fixed the issue and made everything safe.

I'm annoyed that I paid them 90 dollars for a quote that was ridiculously overpriced. I wanted a toilet replaced. I'd bought the replacement toilet already. I was not interested in any other work or options. I made that clear. They charged me 90 dollars to qoute me 760 dollars to install a toilet (with a year of free service on a toilet that I have a warranty on). I got quotes from three competing plumbers and the next highest was 230 dollars. I got it done for 180. So, their work might be fine, but I bought a toilet and had it installed for literally less than one third of what they were asking for install alone.

Sewer water came up through the drain in the basement. Roto-Rooter dispatch personnel indicated that they could have a technician there in less than 2 hours.He arrived in just over 1 hour. He had to struggle with the rodding out process, but was able to finally get through after about 30 minutes and the back-up started to drain.His supervisor came soon after with the camera revealing some damage in the sewer line. He provided an estimate for the repair saying he was unsure as to how soon the problem might arise. I felt a bit pressured into making a quick decision, which I as yet haven't.The water damage restoration unit came within another hour. assessed the damage, gave an estimate (which I really had no choice but to accept), and scheduled a crew to start that evening.The 2-person crew came and installed some drying equipment. The following 2 days (over a span of approx. 10 hours) they completed the clean-up. They removed the drying equipment 3 days later (per protocol).The clean-up progressed well, but, without the opportunity to get any other estimates, it seemed the cost was quite steep - I guess there is no good alternative.

Work $ performed as quoted. Plumbers George & Chris were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They were on-time for the appointment and left the work area cleaner than it originally was. All looks great! Highly recommend them....

Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.

First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.

Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!

Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!

Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.

Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

Rob West Plumbing got back to my phone messege promptly and worked with the tennents living in the building to set up an appointment within 2 days. Everyone I had contact with at the office was friendly and efficient. They are a great asset to the neighborhood.

Goode Plumbing installed a new water heater, and Brian , the technician, was a fabulous diagnostician. They are came out within 24 hours, and I am up and running like new. Ian, The technician who actually installed the water heater, along with Henry, were the best I’ve ever seen. Had I used Goode before my water heater broke, I would not have had the problems that I had. But Goode is fabulous.

Edwin is a honest plumber who is up front and will not take advantage of a situation. I highly recommend him!

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

I call Eric The Plumber after calling two other Plumbers for my bathroom tub faucet that was leaking.
