Best New Bathroom in Chicago IL

Overdue review but they replaced my water heater back in the fall and they were excellent. Came on time, explained everything, transparent cost, cleaned up!! Great experience. Will use again.

Pete and Noah did a great job fixing our garbage disposal! They were on-time, responsive, personable and very quick to diagnose and fix the problem. They even gave tips on how to prevent it from happening again. We'll definitely continue working with them in the future, highly recommend.

We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

Our assigned tech was Jorge. Our kitchen sink was not draining and was backing up. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was upfront about pricing. The issue was resolved quickly and he gave us insight on getting reimbursed from the building owner based on the main drain being backed up and not our individual drain.

We would absolutely use their service again.

Logan & Jenkins were awesome, helpful and on time to fix & install our new garbage disposal. They explained the process first and showed us afterward that all was working properly. I would use this company again.

I live in an apartment with really old pipes and I’ve had a few plumbers come out to try and fix my shower drain with no luck.
I had Logan and his crew with rescue plumbing come and help me out with what I thought was an impossible clog. They fixed what 3 other plumbers could not.
They were professional, kind, and above all efficient. They explained the whole procedure and they explained the risks involved.
If I ever have any drain problems I am 100% coming back to rescue plumbing and I recommend them to anyone who’s who has a drain problem that other plumbers couldn’t fix.

I had a great experience with these guys.They were very professional and friendly.They arrived on time and helped me to move stuff from under the sink as they worked on it and even put it back for me after they were done.They also cleaned up after they were done and their charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

My sump pump was faulty and caused water damage in my basement due to about 2 -3 inches of water after heavy rains in late June 2018. Mr. Burris was very punctual and he quickly found the problem - a blockage caused by debris in my sump pump. He fixed my problem by simply cleaning the sump pump. His service was great and reasonable. I strongly recommend Burris and Sons! I will be using his service again.

Mike and Dan are very knowledgeable and honest! We were having problems with our sump pump . They came explained problem and fixed it quickly. I never recommend people, but I would definitely recommend them!

John Love (the plumber and owner) was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. We found him on Google bc of his good reviews- decided to give him a try- the reviews are accurate! John showed up on time, communication was clear throughout the process and he immediately found the old rotting pipe within the ceiling of our basement- it was very apparent he has a lot of experience working with older homes just like our 1916 Bungalow. He did a thorough job, kept the basement and work area spotless, even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with his job. We will definitely be using Love’s Plumbing again for our plumbing needs! Very fair pricing and up front about everything

Matt and his crew did a great job clearing a main sewer line blockage at our two flat at an extremely fair price.

A week ago, free of charge, he came to my place in the suburbs and adjusted my backup sump pump. Because of his complimentary service and advice I've been reading, online, about the importance of a primary and secondary sump pump.
