Very responsive, efficient, and thorough. Would recommend 100%. I have used them for both small job and big jobs. We recently had a complicated gas leak in our basement. The Vanguard team was very responsive and spent several days assessing the leak(s), replacing pipes, and navigating the complexities of our old home. I have the utmost trust in them and would recommend them hands down for any project.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

Drew got to our house promptly after our call to Goode Plumbing. He was able to fix the difficult emergency we had quickly and even fixed my errors in my previous attempt at fixing the emergency. Would 100% recommend Goode Plumbing and Drew for anything that would come up in your house.

I had some water leakage problems on a toilet in my Rogers Park Condo. I'm not home often and my roommate didn't know what to do. I contacted VanDerBosch as they had done a fantastic job for my partners home a few months back in Andersonville with fixing (2) sink leaks and replacement of some faucets all done at a reasonable price and relatively quick amount of time. Upon calling VanDerBosch, Lauren helped get me scheduled for a tech to come out within a couple hours. Upon arriving at my home, Joe, my technician, was able to figure out what the problem was and called me to explain what was happening and gave me a free quote on the spot. Since it was a minor fix and we had a temporary answer to our water leak problems, I chose not to have them do the work as I can do it myself but I know that I have a trusted guy that I can call on for any future problems. I feel confident in referring this plumbing company to others since I had a good experience and I have seen completion work performed at my partners home and the tech was polite, low pressure and the area was left clean. I have had Jorge come out a couple times and he is wonderful. Always super quick, knowledgable and has given me excellent garbage disposal tips! The company in general always gets someone out there quickly and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

Andrew and Steve were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Water heater quit 1-week after warranty expired. Andrew was diligent in efforts to extend warranty, and Steve came into work after leaving to complete the installation same day. Their prices were reasonable, and the quality of their work was evident.

Prior speaking with a represenative. I was told that i will be receiving a call from a technician to come out and give me an estimate. That was over a week ago still no call.

We needed an emergency visit—noticed sewer water backing up into the basement today. I tried a few other companies—including both my usual plumber and our flood control system company—but no one else was available immediately.

I called Mike after seeing the other positive online reviews and I’m so glad I did! He was here within 15 minutes(!) and took care of the issue quickly and for as fair a price as the job could be done.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Anywho, our dishwasher was clogged and the pump sounded to be overworking. This led to a bad smell in the dishwasher after use and standing water, not to mention it wasn't drying the dishes either. All of this was explained on the phone to DP&S as well as telling them no additional water damage or issues near the dishwasher or sink existed.They disregard all initial information given to them and send out a guy who does absolutely nothing besides corroborate what we had already told them. All he does is give us the name of someone that can fix it.We are then charged $75 a couple days later via a mailed invoice. I call in and talk to Bonnie. I explained my situation and that I think it's unreasonable for me to have to pay. I do this in a calm, professional manner as a way to hopefully get to a resolution that works for both sides. Bonnie responds with Oh, so you don't want to pay?!?! and then promptly hangs up.Unbelievably terrible service and just mean-spirited, unprofessional people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
