I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC who came out to replace my 15 year old water valve and irrigation valve. I was worried at first but from how they handled the situation, they gave me another reason to trust them and probably hire them if need be.

Edwin has been my go-to for nearly 10 years for plumbing jobs from simple drain issues to pipe repair, water heater install, whole house filter install - you name it. He is professional and thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable so that he can present you with the entire range of solutions customized to your situation. We had Eduardo come out to fix our gas line and move some of the pipes in our kitchen and he was great! Very responsive, on time, and thorough. We plan to call him for any future plumbing work we need done!

They lied about the process that supposed need to be done, (3 hours process) when only took not even 50 minutes. When I asked the Andrew, the plumber, how much was it? He told me $598.20 I had no problem paying him. But when I found out that they told my wife that it was going to be $498.10, and the whole process that supposed it need to be done. I realized that they lied to get the job and they charged us more than what the estimate was!?

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. They were very communicative, professional and truly honest people. We will be using them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!! Chas, Geoff and Dave were excellent! We had an emergency sewer issue at my condo. They made us their morning priority, diagnosed and resolved the issue in the same day. Chas also explained what was happening and why and how to minimize the issue in the future. He also provided guidance on maintenance. I highly recommend APEX.

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. He is VERY knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with services and up-charging. He finished the job quickly, efficiently and even tested the sink and dishwasher to make sure I was happy with his work. Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome.
