Brian 1857 was polite, respectful, efficient, and very good at explaining the steps of the process. Plumbing services are pricey under the best of circumstances, but the price was explained up front and I was offered a senior discount. Once he finished the job, Brian cleaned up nicely after himself. Everything is working well now, and I have a 6-month guarantee for the work that was done. We have used this company several times with no complaints.

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! VanDerBosch Plumbing recommended $6,100 for work on a catch basin under my condo unit. I decided it was important to get a 2nd opinion and our condo board agreed. Power Plumbers conducted the 2nd opinion and determined the line in question is not in use, so the work was unnecessary.

It was a very simple process for Power to determine this and if you ask me, a crucial component every plumber should verify before they recommend such a big job - this would have involved ripping up my hardwood floor and 3 feet of concrete to get to the pipe.

Maryann was very customer friendly very informative. The plumber did not give me the same price Maryann quoted, she quoted 150.00 per hour, he wasn't even here a good 25min, and he charged me 165.00 dollars, but it is what it is. I understand that if they are here for 15min its still 150.00 dollars, but why would he charge me a extra 15.00 dollars. I've known Mr yerkes for many many years, he was always very knowledgeable, and helpful with any Diy project I was doing, by me being a female I made many mistakes, and Mr yerkes had many laughs on me, he his a great friend .I wish he still had his hardware

The service of Apex was top notch from all aspects. This was my first experience with Apex and I contacted them from a referral. When they advertise same day service, they mean it. Chad was the plumber dispatched and he gave me a courtesy call 30 mins before his arrival. Chad was courteous and considerate when he arrived. Walter and his staff did a top notch, speedy and professional job on repairing, replacing, unclogging the old galvanized pipe of my kitchen and his staff (Sorry, I forgot his name but great quiet guy) even fixed the hot water issue. Most houses in Beverly like mine are over one hundred years old. The previous plumber sent by the home warranty was unable to fix it while Walter and his staff was done within an hour and half. I had hired other plumbers including Roto Rooter (that was a nightmare) and no one compared to the professional job done by Walter and his staff. Sam's Plumbing And Rodding came to our rescue not once, but twice in 4 days. They used video to locate and mark our clog and then sent in the big truck to it blast away! ZERO STARS !! I spoke to Mark a day after leaving a message to get an estimate to replace a shower base. We spoke on the phone and I told him we wanted a shower base removed and a newer on installed. I sent detailed pictures to him per his request. He replied that he was concerned about something he saw in the picture I sent so I told him I would contact the building engineer with the concern he had - I email him with the building engineers response and did not get any reply whatsoever - perhaps this company is content rodding sewer lines for a living.

John installed a brand new water heater for me as my old one was starting to show it's age with all the rust and water leakage at the bottom. John explained to me how the discoloration was rust at the bottom of the tank. Sediment was building up, causing the metal to rust from the inside. His price to install a new water heater was fair and the installation and work was clean! Thank you John! I'll definitely be using this business again!
