My project was expected to be a simple faucet replacement and clearing of a garbage disposal. However, Mr. Murphy poked out his head and of course, trouble started coming out of the woodwork. Pete and Noah tackled each problem head-on, talked me through all the possible options, and completed their work in a timely and perfect manner. I could not recommend them enough and will be calling them if I run into any plumbing issues ever again!

Technician Tom Saint John came to our home to assess our plumbing issue, provided a quote, and completed the work all in one morning. He was professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the company being tech savvy, using iPads for quotes and payment processing, texting me a photo of whom to expect at my door, and emailing quote, receipt, and COI promptly. We've used Roto Rooter twice now, and both times I was impressed with the speed and availability of service (off business hours) as well as the professionalism of the technicians. Unfortunately after our last service there was an issue, but customer service was wonderfully responsive. A very helpful new tech, Gabriel, came out and the repairs were complete less than 24 hours later. He was thorough with the repair, conscientious with our time, friendly with my children, polite and professional. He was quick and tidy in his work and I would definitely recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Jesus replied quickly to my quote request to fix my clogged garbage disposal. He was able to come within an hour and a half and fixed it up in no time.

He gave me advice for how to keep things draining and clean.

I decided to ask him to take a look at a few other projects I have in mind, including a sump-pump backup battery. He took a look and saw that a piece of my current sump pump had broken off and my water was high. He fixed the unit with a temporary fix, drained the water, and did it for free.

I'll definitely be using Jesus for my future needs - he was friendly and knowledgeable - and, importantly, shared his knowledge with me so I can take care of my home.

Edwin replaced a whole-house water filter and two faucets. He was extremely responsive when we initially called, and even came by the same day to give us an estimate for the work. He came the following week to do the work and showed up on time - he even called to tell us he was on his way. It seemed like he did everything the way he would in his own home. He was careful and diligent. One of the faucets he replaced was old and corroded and was difficult to remove but he did a beautiful job with everything. We're extremely please with his work. He's also a very nice person. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!
