I asked Tom to give me a proposal on three new toilets for my home. He followed up 2 weeks later but I was not ready. 3 months passed and finally I was ready. SHOP AROUND. Service was fast and my shower is fixed. But Roto-Rooter is EXPENSIVE. 850 for a shower cartridge replacement. Parts alone run about 40-50 bucks. Instant buyers remorse. SHOP AROUND PEOPLE.

Called for sewer rodding service. They looked into the catch basin and told me that it appeared to be in good shape. Asking why I requested this service, I told them there was a problem with 1 bathroom drainage. They identified the source of the problem by crawling under the house, getting covered in dirt and spider webs and still insisted that this was a free estimate. Jesus quickly shed wisdom on the direct problem...a problem that was not able to be understood or explained by a whole afternoon spent with ABC Plumbing. Highly recommended.

I pay for a VIP subscription, and so far it's paid for itself. Jean-Paul did an excellent job fixing my screaming shower (literally it screamed). He arrived before the appointed time. It was an end of day job, and even if it took a little longer, he didn't alter the quoted price at the beginning, it was also very reasonable at $215-. Both times I've had Goode plumbers come in they've been extremely polite, been careful to clean up after themselves, and always gave ideas and estimates for future improvements necessary and not, which are very helpful. I can't say enough good things, having a Goode plumber team on VIP access is indispensable for condo/single family home owners. Thank you.
