He was very thorough and detailed on what he was planning to do. He brought his equipment in and worked to get the job complete. This is probably our 3rd time calling Roto rooter and we have always had a good experience. Kyle was really qualified, professional and highly detail oriented.

These plumbers came out the same day I called. They came highly recommended from a neighbor. They rodded out lots of tree roots. I will be using them for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

I had to call First Chicago after the pump installed by Baethke Plumbing failed completely. Baethke came out and the quote they gave me for only taking apart the pump to diagnose the issue was crazy. First Chicago Plumbing was more economical, a far better value and provided excellent & immediate service, plus a three year guarantee, compared to a much more expensive plumber. Highly recommend, and THANKS First Chicago.

I literally just got off a 2 hour phone call with Rob himself where he took the time out of his day to help me understand the intricacies of our building's plumbing and to brainstorm ways that I can do a TON of the easy footwork myself. And he charged nothing for these two hours! This is why he is ALWAYS my go-to-guy.

Now I can do the easy investigating and don't have to drain our HOA Reserves on easy labor hours that we can do ourselves.

Yes, he literally gave up easy labor hours for the sake of our HOA Reserves. What a guy.

Just a heads up though. Rob can talk your ear off and I mean that in the absolute highest of compliments because information is king and he knows what he's talking about.

It was undoubtedly a great job. The crew came out to help and they did a thorough inspection after which they proceeded to do the work. They are really wonderful people doing wonderful things.

I can't express enough how helpful Greg and his team were in locating and repairing a difficult vent stack leak. Communicative at all times, quick to respond, and polite but effective in the job. We will contact Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc once more if necessary; they are truly exceptional.

Not really a plumbing service and more of a dispatcher that has an emergency number but not enought staff sooo... It's a good emergency number when their contractors feel they can make a buck. If you're stuck with a major issue but it's not worth the plumbers time you're basically out of luck. Keep that in mind a simple clog isn't going to get fixed with them, you need something that is major. It may be a major issue for you but you're gonna feel like it's a low priority because they're not gonna get around to it for a while.

We hired Edwin based on his reviews and we were not disappointed! He rerouted a gas line and installed a whole house water filter system. In both cases the quality of his work was excellent! He is conscientious and instructive and his prices are fair. What more could one ask for!

We live Skokie and I have used this company twice. I just wanted to write and say this company is the best! They just left our house after replacing a pipe by the water meter. Not only were the two plumbers kind and respectful - they were hard working, clean and thorough. When this house was built, it appears they did not add an extra close valve and they did that today. Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

We are scheduled to have them Friday but they came Highly recommended. look forward to future business !!!

Called due to my sewer line backing up, they came in and hydro jetted the line and showed me with their camera how bad the roots were and after they were done the line looked brand new from inside, extremely happy and will recommend. Their crew was polite and professional.
