Both Anthony and Angel were extremely courteous and professional during the installation of my water heater. They drove out to the burbs from the city and provided me with a reasonable quote for a new water heater. They even came back the same day to do the install and haul away my old water heater. Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Thank you for your prompt service and communication skills! Will definitely be contacting Apex Plumbing again next time we have any plumbing work or issues.

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day

I have had a very poor experience with this company.

First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.

I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.

After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.

Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.

Huge waste of time and money.

By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My family and all my tenants are so grateful for this company!
