Passable work at exorbitant prices. I can not recommend enough that you stay away from Baethke plumbing - almost $1000 for hooking in a dishwasher and replacing a drain basket, less than 2 hours of work. I instantly regretted accepting their insane quote, which I would not have done without their deliriously high call-out fee. Stay away unless you enjoy paying 2 to 3 times what you should!

Absolutely amazing.

We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Aidan was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He resolved our toilet clog in a matter of minutes, and while he was here helped us with a gas issue for an installation of a new washer and dryer.

Dex and Lobo did a fantastic job! They came out late in the evening for an emergency repair. We recommend these professionals for emergency plumbing repairs and stayed late into the night. We can’t say enough about these two men. Fantastic job! Thank you Rescue Plumbing!

Lou is the guy you want to answer the dispatch. Total professional. He rushed over here to perform emergency repairs in the middle of the night, and while en route gave me advice which prevented a significant amount of damage. Went out of his way to make sure things were buttoned up and permanently fixed. Great sense of humor. A calming presence amid quite a bit of chaos.

Beyond satisfied with the service and plumbing outcome. I’ve went through several plumbers before this one and no one could properly locate and fix my problem. These guys were able to find and fix my problem and they are very sweet to work with!

Logan and his teammate were really great. Took time to explain what they were going to do - and what I should do going forward to help prevent further damage. Very efficient and cleaned up after; fair. Plus, just really nice - goes a long way for new home owners of a very old house.
