Rescue plumbing answered my call on the weekend and were at my door ns less than 2 hours. Pete and Noah were very quick to diagnose the problem that was leading to leakage and fixed the issue. Would recommend

Nathan did a terrific job replacing my hot water heater. He took the time to answer all my questions and to do a thorough professional installation. Baethke is certainly not the cheapest plumbing company around. But if you want a quality job done right the first time with no aggravation, sometimes it is worth the extra expense. You can’t go wrong with Nathan and Baethke from a quality point of view.

No 5-Star rating simply because he arrived about 2 hours later than I thought we had set the appointment for. He was quick to fix the problem, though, and arranged for someone else to come out and do a free inspection, to see what damage had been done. Very friendly, and he came back to leave us our old sump pump, at my father's request!

Vanguard Plumbing is definitely a top rated professional plumbing outfit!!! Very impressed on their knowledge and also they took the time to explain the plumbing problems. Jan and his team came out promptly and solved our issues in our office location and they were very clean throughout the entire process. These guys definitely know their plumbing and we will not search for another plumbing outfit. We will keep calling Vanguard Plumbing from now on anytime we have any other plumbing problems!! Very honest. Had a leaking kitchen faucet. Was just a simple loose hose. And no charge for the service call. Thank you Apex. BTW, second time I have used them. Last year they fixed a complicated shower issue, also professionally done with quick service. Highly recommended.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.

Jake did a very good job. The snow storm delayed his arrival considerably. Due to the extensive work he had to do, we determined Sunday morning would be best. He had no more appts for the night. He got called out at 9 PM on another call, did not get home until after 2 in the AM. Arrived to complete our issue at around 2 in the PM, finished at 5:30. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend

We contacted rescue plumbing to replace our aging water heater. They were very prompt and did an excellent job! We had Vance come out and they even cleaned up the utility closet after it was all complete. I will definitely use them again.

Tech did a great job clearing our underground drains to the storm sewer from our downspouts. Hydro-jetted, scoped with camera, had to detach downspouts and cleared one out by hand of a significant clog. Price was very reasonable. Explained all work and was agreeable to checking additional problem areas to make sure we didn't miss anything.

The experience with Chicago Plumbing Experts was totally awesome and the pricing was extremely reasonable. The plumbers John and Antoni and
everyone that worked on the projects with them did an amazing job and cleaned up afterward. They where on time and they got the job done in a timely manner. The customer service was professional and very courteous. I will MOST DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to family and friends. This was BEST decision I could’ve made.

Had water coming from bathtub spout going down the wall. The spout had a crack and was replaced. Later that day I go in to fine water dripping from new spout. Job half done and wanted me to pay extra to complete what should have been fixed for first time
