Rescue plumbing is great! We appreciate their prompt service and knowledgeable crew. Pete and Paco have been out on numerous occasions and always do great work! They talk us through all of the issues and provide options. We highly recommend these guys and the company.

What you should expect from Baethke is quality service, at a fair price. I live on the 4th story, above many neighbors I care much about and messing with plumbing is a great way to make a small problem a very very big one. We had to change out an old water heater. I contacted Baethke, and Ron (master plumber) was able to perform the installation and ensure the job was done right. This was a challenging job that required follow-up and John Baethke personally reached out to me to explain in detail the situation and his team's plan to address it.

Having this experience I realize how important doing the job right really is and how little confidence I would have in the job if I had bought a tank on-sale at Home Depot. That follow up could have been a whole mix of people with the potential for damage.

I now sleep with confidence knowing that the team at Baethke has an intimate understanding of the plumbing in my building should any issue arise. They have my back. Thank you Ron, John, and the whole team for a job well done. You have a very satisfied customer.

Initially a bit of a struggle, but overall would recommend. They were very prompt in responding to my initial call and keeping me informed of what was going on. They were so busy that I couldn't get someone out right away but they gave good advice and instruction on what I should do in the mean time. My first plumber actually cancelled last minute but his replacement was great and did a very thorough and quick job.

We all have our experiences, often mixed, with contractors. Jan was responsive, his plumber prompt, and the experience could not have been better. Highly recommended!

We received quick service, which is crucial when a major appliance is breaking down. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me multiple options, worked with me to stay within my budget and was able to implement our service same day. We paid a little more than a competitor quote, but I am confident we received a superior product, installation and warranty, which is worth far more in the end. We have a beautiful new hot water heater and are looking forward to many years of worry-free hot showers. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak to the unit below me after 22 years of living in my condo. PATRICK, young, inexperienced plumber DID NOT try what 3 other licensed plumbers told me he should have tried to fix it (wax ring) but insteadREMOVED the cast iron flange unnecessarily which the 3 other licenced plumbers and the City of Chicago Plumbing dept (over the phone) said was placed in the right spot since I live in an older building and extensions or other means can get it the 1/4 above the tile from where it was. He has caused a very costly, complicated project for me because of his incompetence and the company not willing to keep me as a satisifed customer.

We've used Kuhn for decades, and have never doubted the quality of the work, or their commitment to insuring that the work was completed successfully. Their employees are professional, conscientious, and pleasant, and the work is performed efficiently and quickly. The work site is always restored to at its original condition,

Called Sam's based on the reviews. Happy we did. We got Jim who was just GREAT! We had him back again within days to fix a different problem. He was also (respectfully) early, instead of me having to wait hours indefinitely like so many contractors. He will be our plumbing guy moving forward!
