Dex Murati was not only 1 hour early for our service appointment, but also extremely friendly and quick to review our clog. He was able to explain each situation that could have caused this, so we were prepared to handle any of the fixes. Would definitely call and request Dex again!

These guys were extremely helpful. Our systems backed up and we were unable to get anyone to come out and help us. These guys answered the call and promptly came by and fixed everything the same day. They were helpful and informative. We had some follow up questions and their team was prompt to schedule follow up visits and help us troubleshoot (issues turned out to be totally unrelated to the product installed as well as their installation, but they helped us out to determine the cause all the same, it was incredibly generous!) The booster pump for my water began leaking so I called Apex in the morning. They arrived within 30 minutes and gave me a free estimate along with a few options for what I could do. I decided to have the pump replaced with a better model. They went to get the pump right away, returned and installed it all within a few hours. Chuck and Aiden did a great job and I highly recommend their work!
