We had a burst pipe in our utility room over the weekend and needed an immediate repair in order to get the water back on. Rescue Plumbing was able to fit us in right away and the team that came out to help us was exceptional. Vincent and Lobo really went above and beyond to investigate and find the best solution for our urgent situation. They were very professional, patient, and took the time to work with us to solve the issue. It was clear from our experience that this team really cared about helping us in any way they could. Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I'm in the process of purchasing a 3rd floor unit which just happens to be having the vertical risers replaced by the HOA and Rob took time out of his very busy day to explain the work he is doing and how it is personally going to affect and fix my unit's current water issues. Installed new tankless water heater when previous one went out. Have a complex system with boiler, holding tank, recirculator, a twisted hive of pressure tanks and pumps, and in floor radiant heat system. Got multiple quotes from other companies. Went with Goode as they seemed to have a firm grasp of my complex system and I felt they were the only one that could handle it. Chris and Joseph were extremely professional and did a bang up job. Very happy with their work. Goode will have themslves a repeat customer.
