Juan (Tech#5155) and Anthony (Tech#3166) were amazing in their professionalism and cleanliness. My house did not have a washout outside so they had to route through my toilet; but they made sure to keep it as clean as possible and then sprayed down the whole bathroom afterwards. They stuck to their word as far as what they said they were going to do and gave me further options once they found out the root cause of the problem. The pricing was comparable to the other quotes that I received but I really liked 3 major things aside from Juan and Anthony's Service.1. They offer to come directly free of charge before offering a quote so that it is accurate and there are no surprises.2. The quote is all inclusive of routing and camera work if needed.3. The warranty their work for 6 months so if the problem arises before then they will come back out free of charge.Always rely on the big companies.They do it right and they have the right people for the job.

The plumbing/sewer problem we had was expertly handled by Jan in the most efficient, expert, and friendly manner. He responded promptly and courteously and stayed in touch with us until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend the services of Vanguard Plumbing and Sewer. If only other tradespeople and businesses would render services in the same highly professional manner as Vanguard. It was a pleasure to work with him as he solved this problem.

Our basement ceiling was leaking. We called Plumbers 911 and they arrived within (24) hours and identified the problem. They explained in laymen's terms what repairs needed to be done, the time frame and cost. They did an excellent job and the post clean up was amazing.

Plumber (Charles) came out to look at a water fountain at my business. He sent me an email a few days after with a quote and what needed to be done. I responded to his email three times and never received a response. I've called 4 times to schedule him or another plumber to come out to fix it and have been told each time someone will call me back to schedule a time. It's been a month now and still no one has reached out to get this fixed. No one can help me when I call their number and they continue to tell me to wait for them to reach out. Don't waste your time with this company.
