This is the third time I've used rocket plumbing and i will be using them in the future as well. I've worked with the two Mike's and Jimmy and all three of them have been wonderful. Good communications, punctual, professional. I know folks are always hesitant to call up contractors to work on their home, but it's nice to know a good plumbing company you can count on when you have issues with your pipes.

We had Edwin twice. He repaired a leak in our kitchen sink. Second visit he repaired and replaced needed parts in our 90+ year old bath/shower. I was worried about that, but no problem! Finally he cleared the bath drain. Excellent work! Very professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Chicago Quality Plumbing!! We will use him again.

Rescue Plumbing is great, and Logan and Djenkis are terrific! I called them with a semi-urgent plumbing issue, and they were able to fit me in right away. They were on time, professional and worked quickly to clear my drain. They patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. My experience was great. I was told I would have someone come out to my home in 3-4 hours, arrived by in 3 hours after I called. Quick and professionally, Diego did a great job and helping fix the problem. Will be using these services again.

Hot water tank was replaced by Mike. Service was fast and fair priced will use again in the future.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!

Matt is excellent. I recently had him replace an aging water heater in my home. He was extremely quick to respond to my call for a quote and was very proactive with communication throughout the rest of the installation process. His team of two plumbers, who came to perform the installation, were very professional, courteous and helpful with any and all questions I had. They did excellent work. I will use Matt again in the future for my plumbing needs.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
