Jan and his team came out promptly and solved our issues in our office location and they were very clean throughout the entire process. These guys definitely know their plumbing and we will not search for another plumbing outfit. We will keep calling Vanguard Plumbing from now on anytime we have any other plumbing problems!! I have been calling for 2 hours trying to reach someone to help me with my plumbing issue. Every other plumber I called to schedule a quote/appt is picking up right away! This si really frustrating as I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Jesus and his team did an incredible job on repairing my basement plumbing near washer and dryer. They are very efficient and professional, doing quality craftsmanship and leaving no mess behind.

I hired First Chicago Plumbing to remove and install 3 new toilets and seats. They responded the fastest of any of the plumbers I reached out to and arrived exactly when planned. They worked efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner. The toilets work great and they helped clean some of the previous silicon that was attached to the floor without my knowledge.

I needed my bathtub unclogged and my daughter found Father & Son plumbing on Google. I will definitely be using Father & Son from now on. When my daughter called that day, the plumber came out in about 2 hrs, was on time and fixed the problem. I wish I could remember his name but my daughter said he was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. We called last night for emergency service on a pipe that was backing out of our washing machine drain pipe and pouring all over our floor.We were told they would call when they were coming but then I just called to cancel because we waited a while and didn’t hear anything. Then I received a call following up saying that they will be right on their way. I figured ok, fine.They came over an hour later, finding out that their repairmen live all the way in mchenry and we live in Chicago. They fixed my pipe by running a line and it was $638!!! I was like fine whatever they fixed it, however then when putting my washing machine back for me, they broke it and cracked it. So now my washer won’t spin.Ugh just be careful calling these guys!
