I always contact Vanguard Plumbing when I want the job done right. Jan and his team are reliable and professional. They are also easy to work with. I will email Jan a picture of the problem, and he will usually get back to me with an estimate within the day. I have used them for about 6 jobs so far and every time I have been pleased. Not only are things fixed and working when they leave, they go above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly and to code. No quick fix or cutting corners. I also trust them to work my home when I am not there. I have had them repair sewer pipes, bathroom sinks, showers faucets, kitchen faucets, as well as install water filtration systems. I know that whenever I am hiring Jan, the money I spend is adding value in to our house because Vanguard's work will last.

Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

We used First Chicago to replace the corroded and clogged galvanized pipes in our building with copper, install a whole house filter, and install a new water heater. It was a great experience. Eugene was very communicative and I appreciated that he walked me through the process and was very clear with expectations and the schedule of work. Would definitely recommend!

We live in a 6 unit condo building - and our hot water tank died recently. It was about 15-20 years old. Mike Goode suggested a smaller energy efficient model for us - there was even a rebate on this type of tank, saving us another $1000. His price was lower than 2 other estimates we got - and the work was done quickly and efficiently. A few months later, there was a glitch in the heating of the water - Goode plumbing came right out and changed a part out - and it has been fine ever since.Great pricing - great service. Highly recommend.

I had a huge plumbing issue last Saturday. I called a few different companies and wasn't satisfied. Called Bert and showed up 30 mins later. He tried rooting Saturday night. Sunday morning and Monday. Finally found a LARGE root had taken over the main line about 50'. Out. He made it his priority to get the line open and then replaced the bad sections. Greatly thankful for his hard work and service. Installed a cleanout because I didn't have one. Great service and the quality of the service second to none. I highly recommend them.

I will start off by saying most of the service technicians were extremely wonderful.The overall experience I had with the company, however, was horrid.What I had done: Install external clean-out for sewer.Cost: Extremely overpriced - I ended up getting 2-3 quotes after the work was done, all of which were exponentially cheaper for the same exact work.Speed of service: They were able to come out pretty quickly, however there was over a week of time that elapsed between the initial dig and when they came to fill the hole in the yard - I was left with a huge hole in the front yard for that entire time.Customer Service: My biggest concern with my experience... From the minute I chatted with the company, I was being upsold. I was immediately prompted that I should replace the entire sewer line from the house to the street. I was given a quote for the job, and then after attempts to unblock the sewage line were failed, I was again prompted to replace the entire line.They couldn't tell me exactly where the sewage pipe went, and wanted to make to decision to keep ripping up the front lawn to figure it out.This is because they did not have enough tools for all their service workers. Rather than waiting to actually use the rod with the locating beacon to confirm - I was being asked to make a decision that would have resulted in an additional $10,000 cost.I was being asked to make decisions without having all the information.In addition to the fact that my lawn had a gaping hole for over a week - there were large wooden boards placed on the grass - which has ruined a large portion of my front yard. They also did not have a hose long enough to reach the street, so when they were clearing the hole - they pumped sewage water directly into my front yard - which also ruined the landscaping.The cherry on top was that they charged my account WITHOUT FILLING the hole in the yard, which remained open for an entire week. They took my money before actually completing the job I hired them to, all while trying to pressure me to replace the entire line without giving me a complete picture of the information.I ended up declining additional services, and calling a different plumber. They came out and cleared the blockage literally within 30 seconds.I would never even considering to do business with J. Blanton ever again, and would encourage you to be wary.

I was a little doubtful at first. I had reached Power Plumbing through Plumbers911, and the overnight answering service they used was unhelpful and a little rude.

Luckily when Ray called back the next day, things were dramatically better. Bob was able to help out later that afternoon and was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and instructed me on how to do some basic servicing and repairs of my own. I'm glad I was able to find them, and I'll definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs.

Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day

Called them on October 14th with an emergency.
My sewer line was clogged.
Jeremy came out a few hours later and rodded out the main.
Took a couple of tries but got it cleared.
Jeremy cleaned the area and left.
Will definitely use them again in the future.

I feel this company is fair priced and will tack on extra items. This is a very trustworthy company. I only call them.

I found this company from Google and it had good reviews. I was in need and just kept my fingers crossed while I dialed the number... needless to say, the reviews were sooooo right!!!! I can’t thank them enough! Everything went great and the entire team was so nice and helpful! I REALLY hope you give them a call. They truly deserve all the praise and good business that they can handle! No complaints at all!

Needed some sewer work done since I've been having problems for the last 5 years and Bubba and Wayne turned out to be the guys to get the repairs done. Excellent job and they didn't charge an arm and a leg.

Mikes Plumbing saved me from my plumbing nightmare!!! My house was scheduled for an inspection in less than 24 hours and we had a terribly clogged bathtub drain and a tub full of gunky water! After two hours of plunging, drain snaking, and more- Mike arrived and solved the problem within 10 minutes (this all took place at 10pm!!). I cannot express my gratitude enough!
