It was time to get a new water heater so I called Rocket Plumbing to get a quote. From the initial visit to give me an estimate to the actual installation, it was A++ service. Very knowledgeable, nice and efficient plumbers. And some code issues from the old installation were corrected. Cannot say enough good things about Sam and Luis's work.

I had a great experience with J Sewer & Plumbing. I wanted someone to pick up a toilet I had purchased at the hardware store, bring it to my home, remove the old toilet, and install the new one. I sent out a request for quote to multiple companies. Some didn't respond. Jesus from J Sewer & Plumbing responded within an hour and provided a fair quote. Others wanted to schedule a time to come give an estimate (and charge a trip fee). I didn't think it was a job that required a separate trip to estimate. On the day of the service, Jesus and his team showed up on time. The work was done professionally, timely, cleanly, and properly. I highly recommend J Sewer & Plumbing.

First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! I pay for a VIP subscription, and so far it's paid for itself. Jean-Paul did an excellent job fixing my screaming shower (literally it screamed). He arrived before the appointed time. It was an end of day job, and even if it took a little longer, he didn't alter the quoted price at the beginning, it was also very reasonable at $215-. Both times I've had Goode plumbers come in they've been extremely polite, been careful to clean up after themselves, and always gave ideas and estimates for future improvements necessary and not, which are very helpful. I can't say enough good things, having a Goode plumber team on VIP access is indispensable for condo/single family home owners. Thank you.

I had a huge plumbing issue last Saturday. I called a few different companies and wasn't satisfied. Called Bert and showed up 30 mins later. He tried rooting Saturday night. Sunday morning and Monday. Finally found a LARGE root had taken over the main line about 50'. Out. He made it his priority to get the line open and then replaced the bad sections. Greatly thankful for his hard work and service. Installed a cleanout because I didn't have one. Great service and the quality of the service second to none. I highly recommend them.

They were supposed to come at 9 but didn’t show until noon. I had called at 9:30 to get an eta and had to call again at 11:00 as there was no follow up. Besides the scheduling issues, the service was great and the tech was friendly and insightful.

Super professional and patiently explained the advantages of repairing our catch basin for a 6-unit building, and explained why tearing up and re-routing all the plumbing to get rid of the basin was a bad idea. They actually came out twice to help us decide what to do, as we were getting wildly different opinions from other plumbing outfits.
