I will preface by saying any work I have ever had done by J Blanton plumbing is well done. However, their prices are absolutely ridiculous. $2,000 for a water heater is insanely expensive. Only to have them back less than 2 years later because I have no hot water. The problem turned out to not be from the hot water heater. Which I understood & was shown that the work that would need to be done would consist of replacing a .50 cent part & about 15 minutes of the plumbers time. I don’t count the apprentice who was with him. For this work I was charged $300. At most 20 minutes of work was actually done. Have tried to reach “Jane” at the office multiple times only to this far not receive a call back. Extremely disappointing & would have to say I’d take a look at ABC, Four Seasons or Goode Plumbing before using J Blanton again.

I was a little doubtful at first. I had reached Power Plumbing through Plumbers911, and the overnight answering service they used was unhelpful and a little rude.

Luckily when Ray called back the next day, things were dramatically better. Bob was able to help out later that afternoon and was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and instructed me on how to do some basic servicing and repairs of my own. I'm glad I was able to find them, and I'll definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs.

They came out and fixed a serious plumbing issue at my grandmother's home. They were patient and explained every single issue before completing repairs. I will 100% use them again for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

These guys are amazing! Extremely personable and professional. We are newer homeowners, and new to the whole catch basin system. William and his dad came out and not only cleaned out our catch basin and hydro jetted our pipes, but they patiently answered our many questions about how the whole system works. They got everything done quickly, and also gave advice regarding next steps and maintenance. Their team is definitely our go-to plumbing experts moving forward!

I had an emergency water backup in kitchen sink. I was put in touch with Mike. He was extremely responsive and arrived the next morning. While discussing the problem, the water started to overflow into floor, which he heard was happening before we even saw it.
He acted so quickly to avoid a catastrophe!
He thoroughly assessed the problem in the building and effectively drained and cleaned out the system .
Not only would I use him again but I'd recommend him to my friends and family!

Got them to come quote for a blocked outside drain. Had to discuss the quote with my husband, while this discussion happened the second contractors to come give a quote arrived and CS&DP told them that they are doing the job. Unprofessional to say the least, if you are price competitive then why do you chase away other contractors?

We have been using Drain Works for our plumbing needs for a couple years now and they have always done a very good job.
