Just had Vanguard come out to replace an old water heater. The process leading up to the installation was very smooth, and the owner Jan is very responsive.

The pricing is fair, and the work quality is top notch. Even though we had a slight problem with a defective valve that added a couple of hours of labor, Jan worked with me to agree on a fair price for the extra labor time. Couldn't recommend vanguard enough!

Mike & Nick came and unclogged my kitchen sink… very knowledgeable, clean & professional. 5 star company. Wouldn’t take my business anywhere else

I just purchased a home and had a problem with my ejector pump with the basement bathroom the plumbing team sent were wonderful guys they explained everything to me they knew that I just purchased this home and they did everything they could to offer me the best value for the work done they're friendly explain everything well and they were a joy to work with

The plumbers were on time, competently completed the work requested and were nice They did a good job.

I reached out to Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. a few days ago for two clogged drains in my building. What was explained to me as a routine rodding quickly turned into a flooded kitchen and water damage to my basement.

Apex refuses to accept responsibility for the water damages caused by their technician ($1,700) and instead offered me a credit of $150. I refused their offer and will be perusing alternative means of compensation for their damage.

I was fortunate enough to take video and photo evidence of damages at the time of the accident and will use them to help defend myself. In addition, I made sure the technician documented the water damage in the plumbers report.

I believe that a competent plumber would have understood of this risk while the work was being preformed, explained this risk to a homeowner, and provide an opportunity for the homeowner to accept the risk before beginning the work.

I hope this review helps other homeowners make their own decisions on whether or not they should choose Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. for plumbing services.

Power plumbing has always delivered top notch service. I feel Ray and the crew who she schedules also go out of their way to explain my options and how my plumbing systems, water heaters, etc. work. They are honest, professional and accommodating.

Never showed up after 6 hours of waiting. 4 calls later they finally just flat out cancelled.

Just had Andersen Plumbing out to my home due to a clogged drain. East scheduling, prompt service within days, and definitely on time and very professional. Reggie came and diagnosed the issue to be coming from the drain out to our catch basin. Of course the clog was not a simple clog, but Reggie got it taken care of and did a wonderful job. Will definitely call Andersen Plumbing if any other issues arise. I am so glad we have found a local neighborhood company.

Emergency - basement flooding

After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. They got to my home fairly quick, diagnosed the issue, and got to work. It wasn’t too long after and my basement was water free. The pricing was pretty reasonable for the great care I received. If you have similar issues, or any plumbing related issues period, give Apex a call. You won’t be disappointed.

My next door neighborhood and I (and possibly others in the neighborhood) experienced flooding even after just a little rain. Now, that problem is gone, thanks to Bubba and Wayne.

Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. I've used them many times and would recommend them.

I recently used Avantel Plumbing to install a new water line in my home and they did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous, and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again.

Victor was great! He was very responsive and squeezed us in last minute. He changed out and fixed our kitchen faucet. While there he did a few extra things without a concern and was very helpful! Would recommend him and use him again!

Brandon was awesome. Came out within an hour of me calling and was able to get my drain unclogged. Would definitely have them out again.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!
