John did a great job of installing a new hot water heater, and he also took the time to be sure that I understood the functionality of the unit. He answered many questions for me and I really appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommended !!

We have used Van Der Bosch plumbing for at least 10 years. As a management company, it is hard to find an honest, hardworking contractor who returns your calls, comes through in an emergency and drops everything to help you. This is Van Der Bosch. They come on time, they get to the root of the problem (they don't just band-aid problems) and they are pleasant to work with even when standing in knee deep sewer water. Highly recommend them.

I called Right Away Plumbing to assess a shower leak. Scheduling was easy and I got an appointment the next day. Jorge and Anthony showed up promptly and they were extremely nice and professional. I was impressed with Jorge's knowledge and expertise. I needed new parts, so they had to come back. After they left, Jorge communicated with me about my options for parts and was responsive about setting up a time to finish the job. When I received the parts, they came back right away and completed the work. I could tell Jorge really cared about getting the install done correctly. I am so pleased with the quality and honest service I recieved. Henry, the owner operator, shows up with a great attitude even in the middle of the night for emergency plumbing needs.

They saved us and fixed a drain under our house that was clogged by a root. They were out within 2 hours and everything was fixed in another 2 hours. They also explained everything to me so now we know what to do so the problem doesn't happen again!

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

Mr Burris is the Best I’ve ever dealt with , he was professional and very Knowledgeable and so down to earth . He got my old boiler working when no one else would, he a Genius , I would recommend him to all my friends and Family and associates

PSP plumbing did a fantastic job. Reasonable price, very thorough work. We had this faucet replaced 5 years ago, but can now see what quality workmanship looks like. Dmitry called immediately about my leaking kitchen faucet; Lenny showed up on time the same day, inspected and explained the issue. They did all the leg work in finding a new replacement faucet, obtaining my approval, and purchasing it. At the second visit, Lenny replaced the faucet and fixed the leak! Grateful for only one service charge even though there were 2 visits. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

showed up with 1 hr of calling. the part needed had to be ordered. the plumber told me to either install it myself or hire a handyman when it comes in as it's an easy job that doesn't justify his $140/hr. real nice guy and honest.

The plumber was, indeed, a master in his area. The pool plumbing repair was properly accomplished in a short period of time. I am satisfied with the results, and he was competent and attentive during the operation. Thanks!

They were fast and responsive; i.e., responded and fixed my furnace issue within 6 hours of my phone call for service. The person they sent was both nice and very knowledgeable. Just short of a couple on-site hours he fixed my furnace issue and solved a fireplace problem too.

Charlie is a very friendly and knowledgeable plumber. He did a fantastic job working on my furnace and water heater. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and was very reasonable price wise. I will definitely call again if I have issues in the future.

We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.
