I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the professionalism and service that TONY JERGIS provided. He came out to do an inspection/cleaning and flushing of our water heater. He did a great job, he was super knowledgeable, and just a very gracious, kind professional. It was a really positive experience and I felt it should be pointed out.

They do good work, but the amount they up charge is unbelievable. Here are their rates: $198 for the first hour; $89 for each 1/2 hour after. I was charged for 2 1/2 hours of labor.

I had a plumbing job at 7 am and he spent 20 mins figuring out the situation. The plumber says he needs to get the part. I have camera footage of him leaving at 7:23 am and he comes back at 9:03 am with the part. He takes 10 mins to complete the installation and he’s out of my house at 9:15. I don’t receive an invoice until 3 weeks later (they used to give it to you on the spot) and this plumber writes his time out as 9:30 am. He has the audacity to upcharge me another 1/2 hour when he already billed me while he was out of my house for over an hour and a half from 7:23 to 9:03 am.

*edit: they made things right and gave me a credit, but still don’t think the plumber should’ve done that to me

Pablo communicated very well on getting a catch basin serviced. He is very knowledgeable, professional & transparent on things which was helpful In helping figure out the root problem.

A person who took us for a $930 ride and never completed the job, nor did he guarantee his work. We should have shopped around, because he took advantage of our not knowing going rates. SEE PIC of INVOICE: Charged separately for rod and camera. The plumber who finished the job charged only $200. An unsuccessful rod and camera cost us that much. Upon picking up his equipment, he entered our house without our permission, and made a scene in front of our house when we cancelled what would have been another $450 rodding on top of the INVOICE below. Consider yourself warned.

CJ Plumbing responded immediately to our call to investigate a leaking water main. They sent a professional team who worked closely with us and the Village inspectors to replace the old broken lead pipe with a new copper one. Rapid and professional replacement. I highly recommend them!

Responded same day to look at a problem with our stove's gas line. Manny did an excellent job explaining the problem and addressing the situation. Would happily use them again.

Had a clogged kitchen drain, Joe came the same day, even early at that, which is great cause I couldn't even get any other service to even call me back. Joe took a look at the sink and let me know that the last guy piped it wrong. Joe explained every step and we got an unclogged drain. Turned out it was pretty major, definitely would not have been able to clear it with out Joe. Joe also fixed the lasts guys piping and let me know that there are some other plumbing projects I need to work on.

100% recommend Joe he is great!

This is a medical dental facility we got problems at the patient toilets ! We call them and they answered directly! It was a Saturday and I wasn’t expecting that good and fast service! Charlie genuinely cares about doing the right thing and educating his clients so that they are armed to better handle their homes. His prices are more than fair and his work reflects his many years of experience. If you want it done right- call Charlie.Long Story:I called a half dozen companies on a Sunday when I found water surging out of one of my laundry room drains. I was given lead times and soft commitments of 12-24 hours by everyone until Charlie. He helped me troubleshot right then and there, which is a level of care that you will not get from a larger company.We spent 20 minutes troubleshooting my system over the phone before determining that he needed to come out. He even suggested a temporary solution I could implement myself to prevent additional water in the area until his arrival; it worked.Once onsite, he was able to diagnose a complex issue (that was entirely behind the wall) quickly. We discussed the pro/cons of several solutions and he was able estimate the cost of the repair on the spot. Doing my own research after the fact, the price was very fair.During the repair, Charlie was polite , professional, hard working, and a pleasure to have doing work in my home. I would highly recommend him to those in need of plumbing, sewage, or heating solutions.
