I had a very urgent toilet repair and Aiden M. was able to pop in and quickly diagnose the issue within hours of my call. He was patient in explaining the issue and allowed me to really understand the issue. He was very transparent on pricing and we will definitely use his services in the future!

My toilet was clogged and I googled a plumber, Eric’s website was one of the first to come up. I called for an estimate, which was reasonable and less than another company I got an estimate from. Eric was able to get to me the same day, actually within 30 minutes. During the initial call, he let me know what could have been the issue which was correct. I had some other plumbing issues that I inquired about and he gave detailed information on. He seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward. I will be referring Eric and using him for future needs.

Jake, our technician, was absolutely excellent. He was friendly, professional, and thoughtful - with excellent communication skills. And he clearly knew what he was doing - his knowledge and expertise were impressive. He made us feel comfortable in the midst of a crazy Christmas Eve in which we had a pipe burst and significant water damage - nothing anyone ever wants to deal with. He worked quickly and efficiently, staying upbeat through the whole thing - which took a few hours and many many many trips up and down multiple sets of stairs between two units. Incredibly grateful for his 5+ star service - especially late on a holiday. Would highly recommend him and J Banton. And we already have other plumbing plans for our building this spring - and J Blanton will be getting our call.

I called for my dad at 8:30am - busted pipe to the outdoor spigot and water was all under his back porch addition. They came when they said they would. My dad is older so I do the leg work for him for stuff like this. I picked Zuniga after googling plumbers. I picked the right place. Walter was my service guy. I don’t live with my dad so Walter called me every step of the way.

Service tech arrived promptly in under 1/2hr after I received a call he was intransit. One of the competitions showed up unannounced while Eric was finishing up the job . The 3rd & 4th competitors were no shows. Eric was professional, courteous and cordial. He was accommodating with the fact that it was a short run problem and was very salesman like in negotiating an accommodating price. He was quick to remove his equipment & get to work. He was again very professional and personable while inspecting the site with his camera. He spoke very highly of his company and the other tech.'s. I will not hesitate to call Sam's Plumbing And Rodding again & I will ask for Eric by name.

Emergency - basement flooding

After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. They got to my home fairly quick, diagnosed the issue, and got to work. It wasn’t too long after and my basement was water free. The pricing was pretty reasonable for the great care I received. If you have similar issues, or any plumbing related issues period, give Apex a call. You won’t be disappointed.
