Jan is amazing. I’ve hired a lot of contractors for various issues around the house but he is the only one that I have run across that I actually think really loves his trade and truly cares about the client that hired him.

I sent photos of the leaky pipe in my bathroom and he sent a quote quickly and job was done exactly as stated. I tend to helicopter any contractor that is doing work on my home because I would like to learn for future issues and Jan is beyond curious, professional, and very knowledgeable to any questions I had. This is actually the second time we have used Vanguard and Jan is by far the most efficient and friendliest contractor I’ve met.

I had to call First Chicago after the pump installed by Baethke Plumbing failed completely. Baethke came out and the quote they gave me for only taking apart the pump to diagnose the issue was crazy. First Chicago Plumbing was more economical, a far better value and provided excellent & immediate service, plus a three year guarantee, compared to a much more expensive plumber. Highly recommend, and THANKS First Chicago.

I had J Blanton Plumbing install overhead sewers, sump pump, battery back up, drain tile, ejector pump, and new piping from the house to the city’s piping with two clean outs. Very big project. By the time they started working on-site until they finished it was about 2.5 weeks. The guys that worked on the project were very nice and personable. The people in the office always called to let me know that they were on their way. There were small hiccups here and there, but overall I was happy with the people, happy with the work conducted and happy with the price. I would have no hesitation hiring J Blanton again to do more work.

CPE was very professional and knowledgeable about the problems that did exist with my sewer pipes and could arise. They answered every question I asked without hesitation.

Had a valve in shower at a property replaced by them after it got ruined by a hasty water shut-off. They sweat the copper supply pipes onto the old galvanized and put in a nice new valve, all within a few hours or so. Then another plumber came and gave a FREE look into a toilet blockage, quickly determining it was user error and not a clogged drain. The person answering phones is very helpful as well, and they get right back to you, even if you call after hours and leave a message with their service. The only thing they did wrong was forget to knock on the door to the bathroom and accidentally barged in on a tenant. Sorry 'bout dat!

Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer is simply fantastic. We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - but Matt worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term. By far the best service experience in 25 years of home ownership. Pablo and his company are prompt, courteous and remarkably efficient! They just recently came out on the New Year holiday weekend. One call and one service trip and the problem was resolved. They have even walked me through fixes over the phone to stop emergency problems. My family and all my tenants are so grateful for this company!

Hire Mike when you need a plumber. Great trades people are often hard to find and Mike is great. While I am not a plumber, I know enough about the trades to know quality work. I first used his service when I needed to add a sewer line. I got 3 bids and his was the lowest, and his work was excellent. I live in an 80 year old house in a wooded area. So occasionally the sewer's back up and Mike always gets the repair done quickly and at a very fair price (which just happened).

I called on a Friday after I had water in my basement from heavy rain storms. They were there Saturday morning to assist me. They took care of the issue and I no longer have water in the basement and the water is not backing up even after several more days of rain storms. My plumber was David and he was very professional and he kept me informed of everything he was doing.

I would like to commend Sam for the professional work that he completed on my house. I was experiencing a sewer issue. Sam diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. I had Adam and another representative in my home on 5.11 to inspect possible leaks from a letter I received from the City. Adam and the other rep did a great job, I paid them, and I thought our positive experience ended there. On Saturday, 5.16 I went to my basement to get my BBQ materials, (which happened to also be the place where Adam and the rep inspected for possible leaks and were left unattended for an extended period) and I found that my lighter fluid bottles were missing. I couldn't believe that it could have been Adam or the other rep, so I spent an hour looking and finally concluded that it was indeed gone and that Adam and the rep have been the only ones in my home since the purchase of the lighter fluid and the March 17th stay-at-home order. Captain Rooter was very responsive to the complaint, but I didn't appreciate that the manager tried to argue with me over the lighter fluid reimbursement. I did receive my reimbursement, but wont be hiring this company again simply because I cannot ensure the honesty and integrity of the reps they send out. I mean who steals lighter fluid!
