Jimmy knew exactly how to fix my kitchen sink drainage problem. He replaced a clogged, galvanized steel pipe with PVC, re-pitched an existing PVC pipe and replaced an outdated P-trap with a Y drain connection. Water now drains easily in my kitchen sink. Needless to say, this was a very messy job as it involved years and years of accumulated grease and food waste. Jimmy left the work site cleaner than he found it. I have used Rocket Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They never disappoint.

Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. First Chicago Plumbing gave us a quote based on pictures we sent, at no charge. The final bill matched the estimate exactly (aside from the fact that they discovered on-site that we needed a new garbage disposal--which, parts and labor, was an additional $320). Very thorough, and they walked us through everything. The price was very fair.

Spent 8 grand to correct plumbing pitchand replace Tub and shower traps as wellas the tub. A week later I have a huge clogand sewer water coming up through thetub and shower. They claim noresponsibility and tried to charge anothergrand to fix it. They also opened a fullsoffit which I now I have to fix when theyonly needed access to a foot of it. Somuch for the workmanship guaranty and Doing it right

Not the cheapest but very high quality work. Would use them again. Had a main line clean out and they had to come back with a 6 inch blade. Also found the main line junction was plugged and they got that fixed as well. Overall a good experience.

First time home owner, called this place late at night since it says 24/7 service. Talked to Henry Wright and explained what was wrong and he told me multiple things that could’ve been wrong. We tested a couple things. I send him pictures and we solved my clogged sump pump. He walked me step by step over the phone. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I was very happy with the overall service. The guy(Carlos) they sent was trustworthy and showed enthusiasm to do a good job in the fastest time possible. I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. Pablo the owner was very professional and answered my calls as well as texts when I ever needed to reach out during the week the job was done. During this frigid cold weather, W&W Plumbing was a lifesaver for my mom who lives in a senior community and needed a gas leak repaired so that her gas could be turned back on. Edgar was right on time, professional, and gave excellent service. My mom & I were very pleased with his work and will definitely use W&W Plumbing again.

I am blown away by the services performed by Savior Plumbers. I just moved into a new home and had 3 different businesses come to try and identify a gas leak. The issue persisted and I reached out to Savior for another opinion. They called me back within 10 minutes of my inquiry and were able to fit me in next day (on a Saturday.) I was so thankful as we were moving in that Saturday and I was worried for our safety with the gas smell.

Henry showed up and identified TWELVE leaks. He spent SIX HOURS on a Saturday making all the necessary repairs in order to keep us safe. Despite how late it was (9pm when he left,) he was thorough and explained everything in detail so we understood what was going on. He was so kind and even offered us a discounted flat rate instead of charging per leak since there were so many.

He is extremely knowledgeable and also advised on many other plumbing projects that we have. He also installed a new toilet for us to replace one that would not flush and it's perfect and flushes as it should now.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Do not waste your time with anyone else — they can do it all!

Odd experience. The owner initially was very communicative in scheduling time to come out to my property, plus thoroughly discussing with me my plumbing issues the following couple of days, but then went ghost. Said he would follow-up with an estimate that same evening, but no text back, callback, or anything—even after repeated requests. Just say you don’t want the job (or incapable of doing it) if that’s the case. Awful way to conduct business. This was a fairly large plumbing job, by the way.
