Best Gas Line Repair in Chicago IL

I have used Vanguard Plumbing for a number of tasks in both my condo and for the building on behalf of our Condo Association. Recently, I hired them to replace the SumpPro battery backup unit for our building sump pumps.

The unit is located in a hard to reach area only about 4 feet tall and it weighs a total of 200 lbs with batteries. So i'd have to say, it's a back breaker of job. The guys showed up on time as I have come to expect from Vanguard. They removed the old unit and installed the new unit in under an hour. They left the area cleaner than what it was before they showed up. And Jan from Vanguard follows up after the job is completed to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was.

I looked on line for the prices of new SumpPro battery backup units (not including shipping costs), and the price was the same as what Vanguard quoted me. And of course, the quote from Vanguard included installation. So the decision to hire Vanguard was a no-brainer since the alternative was to pay more to buy it myself and I'd still have to do the installation.

I will continue to call Vanguard for my plumbing needs because I know I can count on them to do a thorough job and not take any short cuts.

I really liked Eugene and his co-worker (didn't catch his name). They made me feel very comfortable with the work they were going to perform, and explained everything very thoroughly. They did a few different unrelated plumbing jobs at my house, and all appeared to be done very well. They also determined the source of a roof leak that I'd had for a few years which wasn't directly plumbing related, which was excellent...now I know how to approach getting the issue fixed. Very professional, fair prices, excellent and prompt service. I would rate these guys among the best service people I've had work on my home.

I called Goode Plumbing last week and everything from the start of the phone call was excellent. When I called, the receptionist was so pleasant. Immediately, she told me she would have someone out to my house in Elk Grove Village in a few hours and that promise was true. When Brian the plumber showed up, he was professional and clean. He was honest with the quote and didn't try to upsell me. While he fixed the clogged pipes, he explained what he was doing and why. He gave us suggestions going forward too. He cleaned up the bathroom like he had found it. I highly recommend Goode Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

We called Apex for same-day service, which they were able to provide. Their staff was very responsive. They were able to get a plumber out to our house within a couple of hours of my initial call. The plumber was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He was friendly and efficient. I was worried about the situation, but they got it fixed fast so everything is good. Thank you!

Eric is amazing! He’s prompt, reliable, and does great work for a more than fair price. He did my faucets , clogs, shower, and washer and dryer for me , everything was done quickly and right! He made sure he double checked his work and asked me to come in and triple check for extra assurance, it’s hard to find people like that out here. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great and professional plumber at a reasonable price.

We had an issue with water leaking from under the kitchen sink. I called Go-Rooter Plumbers and two plumbers came the very next day, as promised and on time. They provided a fair estimate for services and were able to fix the issue on the spot. They were kind and respectful of our home. I'd hire them again without question.

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people

I highly recommend Zuniga's Plumbing. Walter is very knowledgeable and cooperative and helped me with many issues from minor repairs to updating the plumbing on a gut rehab and working with the city to fix sewer issues. I had a previous plumber cause so much damage and Walter was able to come in and fix his mistakes. Zuniga's is the real deal:)

The plumber arrived on time and was very thorough as we walked through my plumbing issues. He was able to totally complete the jobs I requested and even made a trip to the plumbing store so he could complete the job in one day. I will call Sam's Plumbing And Rodding again and would recommend to friends.

Ben was great! He arrived early and waited for me to arrive at my new home - listened to what I needed repaired and presented me with options that he took care of on the spot. He made several trips to a nearby hardware store to get parts and even made a special trip back to install a facet for me after he located a special nut to complete the project. Contacted Matt to make a shower faucet workable. I only have one shower and in this weird world, I can't go to the gym or anything. He problem shot with me and came out twice to provide a workable solution. Now I am going to have him redo my whole bathroom once we can leave the house.

This was my first time using Pablo and PSP. He did an excellent job, super responsive and had the knowledge and tools to get the job done swimmingly. I thought he was a little pricey but to get the job done right and professionally the first time is worth it IMO. I will definitely add him to my stable of preferred professionals for sure.
