Best Gas Line Plumbing in Chicago IL

I recently hired Vanguard for the second time (for an issue unrelated to the first) and both were very positive experiences. I talked with Jan to schedule the job. He communicated promptly and clearly and asked for a bunch of pictures of various pipes and fixtures so he could make an accurate estimate. On the day of, the plumber George (who had done the first job as well) showed up on time, respected the space in terms of shoe coverings and a mask, and effectively communicated the problems, his solutions, and any related choices that I needed to make. He was honest when the job went more quickly than estimated and cost less than the estimate. I appreciate that because it means I can trust him in the future if a job goes long and he has to charge me more than estimated.

My condo's plumbing is a gosh darn mess and I'm definitely going to call Vanguard the next time something goes wrong.

Rocket Plumbing performed a camera scope of the sanitary drain lines of a home we are looking to purchase. They were incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and shared that with me every step of the way. Eugene from first Chicago was the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. He got me quotes quickly, adjusted the invoice as work changed, and kept me informed about progress. We just moved in April so we were unsurprised there were plumbing issues after move in. We had a plumbing company that did other work but when they said it was 4k to fix a clogged pipe after looking at it for two minutes, my Ma suggested this company as a second opinion (she always uses them!). I was ready to pay 4k because I thought that the pipe would cost that much.

Glad I got a second opinion! Turns out they didn’t go as far as Matt did.

Matt was super professional and courteous. He went really far down the pipeline to clear debris from the previous owner and he took the time and care to make sure that was the issue. He explained everything to me and also got the job done in about two hours. Our plumbing works great now. Also, they are incredibly affordable, too. A++ 12/10 — found our permanent plumber now :)

Very professional and helpful. I live out of state and was kept informed during the entire process. This was a complicated job because the piping is all over the place. I had several frozen pipes and a broken pipe. I would definitely hire them again.

I call Eric The Plumber after calling two other Plumbers for my bathroom tub faucet that was leaking. The other two Plumbers told me that i had to put in a new shower fixture and was not true because i looked it up.i found Eric The Plumber on the internet and looked at his reviews and all where good, so i called him and when came and looked at my tub he told me i only need to replace the stem on the hot side to stop the leak he replaced the stem in no time and the leak was done . He is a very honest Plumber and prices are very fair and up front i will be calling him for all of my plumbing needs.

Go-Rooter went out to my home immediately after we contacted them due to an emergency. They spent the proper amount of time in order to assess the issue and were very honest and diligent in completing the work.

Called J Blanton Saturday afternoon to replaced a leaky pipe coming out of my water heater. They came, quoted me an EXUBERANT price and said that they could only do it on Monday. Called another plumber who did it for me on Saturday on THREE TIMES CHEAPER!

Did great work! Unclogged sewer main and tightened loose pipes, no complaints!

Walter came in and saved the day on our major plumbing issues. We originally started working with a different plumbing company who needed Walter's assistance and he came in and immediately identified the issues and came up with a plan to fix everything. He was a true professional and always kept me apprised of what was happening.

Additionally, he worked well with the plumbing inspector (from Park Ridge) and performed all the repairs as per their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if any other plumbing work was ever needed.

My experience with Sam's Plumbing And Rodding was excellent from start to finish. I appreciate the level of customer service and professionalism which was provided. I received a call approximately 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving so that I could meet them. He arrived, explained what repair was needed and kept me informed through the process.

Communication was great between setting up an appointment and the plumber keeping us up to date on their arrival. Geoff came out and gave us an assessment and was able to service our issue on the spot. Definitely would recommend!
