Vanguard was very quick to respond to an urgent plumbing problem in my kitchen and utility area. They quickly diagnosed the problem and executed a solution that caused minimal disruption to our home. Thank you Vanguard!

Initially hard to get a hold of. But Brian called me with an estimate. He communicated to let me know they were running a little late. But once they started working Big Mike and Little Mike kept me informed and were awesome to work with. Definitely recommend them.

Outstanding service! We called because any time we used an appliance (washer, toilet, dish washer) our basement would take on water. J came out the same day and stayed almost 5 hours until the job was done! He unclogged all the sewer lines beneath our home, explained what he was doing, showed us the problem and resolved the issue. Cannot recommend enough!

They assessed issues, explained them and then fixed them, and even cleaned up and took large debris that garbage truck might refuse.
I hope not to have future plumbing problems but if I do, I will call First Chicago Plumbing.

A drain in my basement was draining slowly and the p-trap of the drain appeared to be broken. I called the plumber in to dig up the floor around the drain and put in a new pipe with a p-trap. They dug up the pipe and found some problems with the connection to the sewer. They had to do more extensive repairs than first suspected. They completed the job in a day and a half and the price came in higher than the estimate but about what I expected given the additional work. The basement floor was restored with a layer of concrete around the new drain cover.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. They were very communicative, professional and truly honest people. We will be using them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!! I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...

I had clogged floor drains in the basement. First plumber came out and quoted a rather high price. Called Zungia for a second opinion and they rectified the situation for a fraction the price. Def recommend.

Patrick did a very professional job from beginning to end. We could not have asked for a better plumber. Our under granite sink looks great and the faucet works flawlessly with no leaks. He was attentive to any concerns we had and readjusted things until we were satisfied.

Work completed as promised

Apex plumbing saved our lives last week. Not only do they do amazing work, but they also bumped us up to number one on their waitlist to come out and fix many frozen pipes that had bursted in our condo building.

We had at least five frozen pipes in the utility room that burst, started leaking all over our common condo area and majorly affected the unit that shares a wall with our common utility room.

Apex returned my call quickly, came out on a frigid day and stayed at our building from 10-7 PM to make sure all the work was done and our condo building with six units could turn the water back on. Chas and Frank came out, both very professional and nothing but absolutely compassionate and hardworking guys! The initial quote they gave us was higher and when all the work was finished, they readjusted it since it took less than expected.

We would 100% use them again, both for our common condo needs and individual unit needs! They can be trusted, very professional and get the job done! THANK YOU APEX!

HIGHLY recommend Full Circle Plumbing! Matt is the owner and he will give you his full attention promptly and courteously. He's a pro and you can tell. Not only that but, again, his is polite, respectful and educates you fully about his findings. He doesn't push or sell; just gives you all your options. I haven't come across a business with such a personal feel in years. Will call Matt every time from here on out. No need to call around.
