Jan and his crew from Vanguard rescued us after we attempted to work with another plumber who was not skilled enough to do the job. Jan was incredibly professional from the moment we spoke to him on the phone, thru all the communications, the first visit/quote, and subsequent work that had to be done to repair/refit plumbing in our very old home (poorly done by previous owners). Jan also referred us to an excellent carpenter that was required to stabilize joists and fix what the other plumbers messed up, and he coordinated with the carpenter to come up with the best solution for our situation, which was very complex. Immediately, we felt safe with Jan's skills and witnessed he and his team working hard to get the job done. Vanguard is not your average plumber, if you want to have confidence in your plumber's work, hire them. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. 1000% exceptional service!

Last Monday, I left the house while tensed and didn’t know how the leakage and flooding at my home would eventually look like. Lucky enough, the technicians from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC were able to arrive and took control of the situation.

Not really a plumbing service and more of a dispatcher that has an emergency number but not enought staff sooo... It's a good emergency number when their contractors feel they can make a buck. If you're stuck with a major issue but it's not worth the plumbers time you're basically out of luck. Keep that in mind a simple clog isn't going to get fixed with them, you need something that is major. It may be a major issue for you but you're gonna feel like it's a low priority because they're not gonna get around to it for a while.

We have used Edwin and CPI for many years now. The company is responsive, addresses the acuity of our problems and prioritizes, are on time, reasonably priced and trustworthy. I would recommend hiring this company and will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs.

I call Eric The Plumber after calling two other Plumbers for my bathroom tub faucet that was leaking. The other two Plumbers told me that i had to put in a new shower fixture and was not true because i looked it up.i found Eric The Plumber on the internet and looked at his reviews and all where good, so i called him and when came and looked at my tub he told me i only need to replace the stem on the hot side to stop the leak he replaced the stem in no time and the leak was done . I hired Alex and his completely reliable and experienced Go-Rooter team months ago, to repair major spillovers from drain cycles of our basement clothes washer. Our DePaul area home was built around 1890, and Alex and his team needed to explore and excavate defects in its original underground works. Their underground rebuilding for my wife and me included damaged-pipes repairs, hydro jet use that disposed of large amounts of sand, bricks and other debris, rebuilding of the catch basin that extended from the laundry area to the home's outside and replacement of collapsed pipe lines, bricks and various surrounding support.
