Best Frozen Pipe Repair in Chicago IL

I asked Tom to give me a proposal on three new toilets for my home. He followed up 2 weeks later but I was not ready. 3 months passed and finally I was ready. I ordered the items through Baethke Plumbing, they scheduled the job and Tom was on time and precise about his work. I love my Baethke toilets and the team that made it happen. Hot water heater went out and we called Roto-Rooter Plumbing. They dispatched a technician to our home and he was at our door in 45 minutes, during rush hour I might add. He was professional and courteous of our home and even covered his shoes to not track in any dirt from outside. We ended up needing a new water heater which was installed same day. My wife and are very happy with them and will recommend them to friends and family.

Kavana's plumbing, which is owned and operated by Henry, is an excellent contractor for plumbing services. Henry is a thoughtful, caring professional. I reached out to Kavana's to repair a Rheem HWH. Before scheduling the appointment Henry walked me through a multitude of tasks I could self-perform to repair the unit on my own. Unfortunately, those attempts failed, but it gave me confidence in Henry's ability and showed me the care he brings to his clients and his craft. Thank you Henry.

I called Loves Plumbing and Sewer and John Love (owner which was unbeknownst to me at the time) answered the phone, was patient with my questions, and highly knowledgeable in his responses. John came out early the next morning, fixed the problem and walked me through the work being performed. After calling Apex about my hot water heater breakdown, Chas arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through multiple options (including time & pricing) for repairs and replacement, all to be completed the same-day. After answering all my questions and agreeing on the best solution (installing a new water heater), Chas completed the project as quickly as possible and stayed at my home long enough to fully test the new hot water heater’s operation and all aspects of the installation, explaining every part of the process along the way and obtaining my approval first before making a minor and low cost change to the initial plan. Chas made sure to leave my home as clean (really cleaner) as when he arrived, and the final cost was almost exactly the same as the original estimate. I’m a very satisfied customer and will definitely use Apex for future plumbing projects.
