Set an appointment for the next day and Stephen, the plumber, called and informed me that he could arrive early. The issue was a clogged sink and he explained what he would need to do to fix it and also suggested preventive measures for the future. He was very thorough and diligent in the work that he performed. He really put my mind at ease and things are working beautifully now. I give Stephen 5 stars on his professionalism, knowledge, skill and demeanor. I would choose Root-Rooter again based on my experience today.

We’ve had Vanguard repair two toilets and they did a great job. What I really appreciate is that Jan has you send photos/video over email so he can give you a quote right away. He’s very responsive and the issues were corrected both times.

Jesus was awesome. Right after moving in to our new house, we had water backup in our basement. He assessed the situation, tested it the ejector pump, and determined it was just a stuck valve most likely due to having not been used in so long prior to us moving in. He said it if happened again we could just jiggle the pipe to dislodge the valve. He tested it a few times and it DID WORK. He said if I still wanted, he could open it up and look but I decided his verdict was good enough for me. He said it was NO CHARGE and wouldn't accept payment even though I tried to insist. He was really great at explaining everything to me since I know very little about plumbing or sewer issues. He was awesome and will definitely be our go-to guy for this stuff from now on.

I had a relatively complicated job in wanting a utility sink installed in our laundry room. Pipes had to be pulled around our washer/dryer to the opposite wall. Quote was within range, all very professional and on time. It turned out great with quality materials. I also was able to get a recommendation for the drywall repair. Highly recommend!

Water heater blew up randomly blew up and my wife and I scrambled to find the main to turn it off. Suffice to say I was flustered in searching Google maps on my phone for the first available plumber who could help. After a few duds, I took a shot on a local guy with good reviews. Eduardo immediately answered the phone, said he'd be down in a few, and gave me a fair price on a water heater installation first thing the next morning. By 11am the following day I had a new water heater and minimal disruption to the wife and kids. Already planning to use him and his son again. Thanks!
