Eugene and Jorge did a great job replacing my tankless water heater. They really took their time and did a top notch job. They really know the Navien products well and their response time and communication were the best of the plumbers I had bid on the project. Highly recommended.

Do not use Rob West plumbing. We were convinced by Rob to fix something that wasn't broke (first red flag) and quoted $1,000 to do the job. The next day we find out it would cost $400 more to finish the work. We reluctantly agreed. Almost 1 month later, we get an invoice for an extra $1,000. If I had found out this at the time, I would have found a new plumber! I will never use this company again and will advise others to do the same.

Deserves a 5 star rating x1000. John got through 9 years of sewer drain blockage and tree roots and didn’t leave til the job was done. We didn’t know how close we actually were to a full on sewer problem but had already tried renting a snake at Home Depot to unclog it ourselves. Tried and failed, called at least 8 different companies but 24HR is the one that got us through and now I have peace of mind. Will be calling again for any plumbing needs.

We had a leaky valve in our toilet and we came across Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding Inc. I called in the morning, the plumber was on site the same day, and it was all fixed 30 minutes later! They have a very helpful texting system to keep you updated about your appointment which I found really convenient. I am a happy camper!!

Edwin is very prompt in his responses, efficient and thorough in his work, and just a kind person to interact with! We had a really unique situation where our kitchen sink disposal was backing up into our guest shower—talk about gross. Edwin handled it very professionally. He found the root of the problem, corrected it, and gave us easy maintenance directions to prevent it from happening again. We have since used Edwin for a few other things that have popped up. Would highly recommend this business!

We have an old house which had old kitchen and bath tub drain pipes that were literally falling down and busted and a water heater that needed repair. We met VDB in the early 2000’s and began working with and getting to know them while replacing an ancient boiler with a modern, efficient model. Our basement ceiling was leaking. We called Plumbers 911 and they arrived within (24) hours and identified the problem. They explained in laymen's terms what repairs needed to be done, the time frame and cost. They did an excellent job and the post clean up was amazing.

I called father and sons plumbing due to my kitchen sink backing up with grease, after attempting to rod my kitchen drain the plumber came to the conclusion that my problem was further down the line towards my catch basin and they offered Hydro jetting and took care of mediately of my grease problem I haven’t backed up since, I will call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!
