Jan and his team replaced our leaking 100-year-old pipes in our kitchen and basement. They were prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with, and the work looks great! 100% would use them again.

Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

The final bill matched the estimate exactly (aside from the fact that they discovered on-site that we needed a new garbage disposal--which, parts and labor, was an additional $320). Very thorough, and they walked us through everything. The price was very fair.

Great sewer expert. Our condo building needs regular service to our catch basin and drain system, which they normally do for us. We just had a sewer line break and a sinkhole was developing in our yard. Mike and Chris were able to fix quickly. They are very responsive.
