One setting up the main junction box for my dining room light and hanging the light fixture, and the second job installing 4 flushed lights in my living room area. All the lights are smart light and talk to Alexa. He uses high technology to like up the light placement with precision tools. When I first met him we brainstorm on different ideas as I had recently moved into my home and he proposed the best options as we went through the list. Ever since then we have been executing them and have turned out amazing as he foresaw it. Highly recommended quality work.

I contacted Sims & Sons because my dishwasher was not training. They scheduled me immediately but, unfortunately because I was in a meeting, I was not home at the time I was scheduled. Eddie, the plumbing technician, contacted me and was very understanding and worked to find a time that would work for me as soon as possible. When Eddie and the other plumbing technician, David, showed up, they were very professional and immediately diagnosed my issue as not a plumbing problem, but a problem with the dishwasher itself. I was not charged for their assessment. I had a great experience with Sims & Sons and will certainly be contacting them for any plumbing or electrical issues I have in the future.

Charles had to make an opening in the cabinet above our refrigerator (there was no alternative), explained it thoroughly before it was done, patched it beautifully, and even fixed the trim that our contractors hadn't properly nailed into the cabinet. They not only completely protected our floors but also cleaned up any errant salt from the snow outside. Allen did an excellent job repairing a shortage that was impacting my entire house. He found the problem quickly gave me an estimate and arrive early in the day to fix the issue. When the job was finished he had replaced one of my old light fixtures with new and my house was back working properly again in a timely manner.

How is possible to have five stars with only one review ? These people are Scammers, there is no building at the address they have listed.There is a vacant lot.They came on 2/20 to restore power to my house, stayed 23 minutes , changed 2 fuels , and with only half of the power restored and charged us $345.00 and told us to call ComEd, then refused to give a receipt . Buyer Beware, Scam Artists. Abdul was the Tech's name, That's probably a lie
