Best Emergency Plumbing Issue in Chicago IL

Jan and his team were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and fair.

I can't recommend the plumbers from J Sewer & Drain more highly. I'm a board member for my condo association and we've used them multiple times for issues ranging from mysterious leaks in our garage to clogged pipes (and I know owners in our building have used them for single-unit work as well).

They've come out on short notice, they're extremely professional and fast to diagnose the root cause of an issue, and their prices are very fair. They're honest and give helpful advice for future maintenance upkeep. Our experiences have all been positive and I highly recommend them to others.

His willingness to problem solve some strange plumbing choices made by the previous owners of our vintage bungalow has helped us solve some kitchen issues and upgrade to a new dishwasher that now drains and works properly! Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

I had water in my basement I livent on the westside and they came evaluated the situation and gave me a estimate and got the work done in a hurry I didn't have to set up a appointment they came out the same day. I would totally recommend them to friends and family

Kuhn has been our go-to plumber for years! They clean out the outside traps or just fix a faucet. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

We've used Sam's Plumbing And Rodding on several occasions with problems at our office. They provided excellent service and were very responsive when we needed them in a pinch. They didn't only fix the problems we had but they guided us through on how to stop this from happening again. We really appreciate the great service we received from Jim and his crew.

His service call fee was 149.00! Way too much just to come out. Another facility came to my home and the service fee was 60.00.

Donnie and Kevin were exceptional. We had a leak coming through our ceiling and we came and got a consultation immediately, and scheduled time to fix the problem a few days later. They located the leak immediately and gave us a solution. They were super quick, efficient, and very cost effective. Definitely recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Savior plumbing! To make a long story short, after a terrible smell and seeing water pouring out of my ejector pit, I knew there was a problem that needed to be taken care of right away. I started my search for a plumber, after leaving voicemails for 3 different companies, Savior actually answered their phone! The woman I spoke with was very helpful and empathetic. After explaining my story, she said she needed a few minutes but would definitely get someone out to me that day. Within 10 minutes she had a plumber come out to see me. When Henry showed up, he immediately told me that I needed a new ejector pit and quoted me a reasonable price. He said that he would do his best to be back by 5 with the pump and would have it done. Amazingly, he showed up at 3pm, explained exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem without issue. Henry could have easily pushed me off to the end of the day or the next day, but he made my issue a priority and took care of it. From the first phone call to the moment Henry left, my experience with Savior Plumbing was excellent, and I know exactly who to call if I need a plumber again. Thanks Savior!

Mike is awesome. My kitchen drain failed and within 40 min of calling him he came out to my house to see the issue. This was at like 7pm at night as well. The whole drain pipe needed to be replaced all the way down to my basement. Mike came out at 8am the next morning with another guy and both of them worked hard for a good 4-5 hours and installed a brand new drain. It was a big job. Mike is priced very fair in my opinion as well. The quality of the work is top notch. I highly recommend Mike's Plumbing.

I contacted CJ Plumbing to have the gas line to my grill extended to accommodate a new deck. Dmitry responded immediately to set up a date and time. He then came out to survey the line and ensured me it could be done easily. Within a couple days his technician came out and performed the work. He checked and tested everything including my grill. I’ve used CJ Plumbing several times and have come to expect high quality work from them. They always deliver!

The main line from my home to the sewer needed repair. Thomas from Chicago and Sewer gave me a fair quote and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again if needed.

Sam and his team were very responsive. I received a call back within hours. He was able to come out the same day and shortly after he was able to give us an estimate. Sam was very knowledgeable and was awesome with helping us plan and decide on the final project. Once my husband and I made the final decision, we had a new water heater in less than a week. He and his team had great communication throughout the whole process. They were on time and correctly estimated how long the project would take. I will definitely be hiring Sam and his team in the future for other plumbing projects we have. Even with the cold weather, Sam was eager to help us out and complete this project right!

We hired captain rooter to help our family during a winter freeze in February. It was the only plumber who wasn't completely booked, and it appears that was for good reason. Joel and Jesse managed to solve the problem after several days of golden time and causing tremendous damage to the walls and floor to gain access. The entire time we were trying to be upsold to buy water heaters etc which was unwelcome when they were struggling to fix the problem. Due to the huge price tag they quoted our insurance and the other contractors who came to fix the damage to the walls and floors were quite unimpressed with the quality of work. Additionally, after informing them that the work they did caused both our outdoor hoses to stop working Joel gave us a run around and after two scheduled appointments nobody showed up. Steer clear of this business. I shudder when I see one of their trucks knowing that another home owner is probably being taken advantage of.

I just bought a house and my pipes had leakage. Patrick’s pluming did an amazing job on noticing previous work done by plumbers that have caused leakage and other problems. They are an honest company and their prices are worth it you pay for their good work. I highly recommend them to others. I no longer have any problems.
