Vanguard Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our hose bib and installing an access panel / shut off valve on the inside, as well as replacing a shower cartridge. They were professional, fast, communicative, and did high quality work. Our HOA will definitely be contacting them again for all of our plumbing needs!

Our assigned tech was Jorge. Our kitchen sink was not draining and was backing up. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was upfront about pricing. The issue was resolved quickly and he gave us insight on getting reimbursed from the building owner based on the main drain being backed up and not our individual drain.

Burris himself came he came two hour before his appointment he told me that it was to cold for myself and my dogs to be without heat he was very friendly new his professional he traced the wires until he found the problem showed me the problem and explained how he was going to solve the issue and then he told me what to if it happened again he also told and showed what to do and safely how to do it and if that did not work call his company day or night and they will be here for their customers he did not try to pad his wallet and for me just losing my husband that meant A whole lot to me A honest business owner he was worried about how we my two dogs and I would make it through a night of freezing cold add to it his company is owned by A black man for generations is the selling point and his prices are reasonably reasonable for me this is what I have been looking for since we moved here to Chicago il in 2008 you mr.burris is my go to heat and cooling and plumbing repair man so listen up Chicago IL try him out for yourself and than you know that I have spoken only the truth sincerely glenda bush.

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. Matt was very helpful in explaining what I needed in my kitchen and the master bathroom. He told me I would need shut off valves in both kitchen and bathroom. After he was done with my kitchen and master bathroom I was very pleased. I would have Full Circle Plumbing back to my house because he does a great job. I would recommend him to all my friends and to the people in my complex.

Hands down best plumber I ever had. They installed a water drip pan under my washer and water heater. Very reasonable pricing and they finished on time, Henry even went the extra mile and hooked up my dryer vent even though it was not part of the service. I would definitely call savior plumbers again next time!
